Relationships come first, and we take the time to form deep connections with each of our students. Play is the work of childhood, and Blue Jay teachers nurture curiosity and wonder each day through intentional play invitations and unstructured encounters with the natural world. Pedagogically, we borrow from Reggio Emilia, Waldorf, and Montessori. We believe that no single style can support every student, and by remaining open-minded and evidence-based, we can support each child in their journey.
