Our time with Teacher Alyssa at Busy Bees Academy (Fun Garden Childcare) has been unforgettable!! This is now my second time having children in her academy, and even with a lengthy time in between both children she has been a great teacher and provided many learning experiences to my children. Her academy is setup perfectly for children to explore and learn new skills. We are truly grateful for our time at Busy Bees Academy!!

My friend's children went to this preschool here. She recommended me. My son came here when he was one year old. Now he is three years old and transferred to preschool. teachers are very friendly and patient.they taught my son learned eating by himself and potty training themselves. and there are lots of outdoor activities. There are many photos and videos to record what he is doing every day and teach different things at different ages. My son has just transferred to preschool for two weeks. He still misses Alyssa and his other two teachers very much. Alyssa also welcomes him back to visit his friends and teachers. he feels like his home,I highly recommend this place, The children are having a good time and learning fun here.

This family daycare provides an excellent environment for children. The spacious backyard is perfect for outdoor play, allowing the kids to explore and enjoy nature. The teachers are incredibly patient and attentive, ensuring that each child feels supported and engaged. I also appreciate the effort they put into creating different themed activities every day, which makes learning fun and stimulating for the children. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the well-being and development of every child in their care.

If I could give this school 10 starts I would !! This is the FIRST school I have seen my kids happy at in Fun garden preschool. Fun Garden preschool is Amazing place. Very clean Amazing teachers with so much heart and caring mindset. It's wonderful seeing our daughter get excited about going to Fun Garden preschool. The teachers really make an effort to engage the kids and develop them in a very individual way. The management is really committed to providing a safe, fun, and loving environment and we're very thankful to Alyssa and the whole team at fun garden preschool.

I honestly can't think of many other things that are more important than the care of your children. We were overly cautious with our first born, bringing check lists, making sure to inspect the indoor/outdoor spaces, asking about routines and schedules, looking at permits, doing test runs, asking the important questions! We looked at a total of 10 day cares (our short list) in varying neighborhoods in SF, 90% mandarin speaking (all tracked in Excel with ratings and categories). Our first child has been going to Alyssa's since early 2016 and we are completely happy. In fact, we also sent our 2nd to Alyssa's and I waited until she got in before writing the review to ensure her spot.. jk... sort of :) In total, we had 2 children in Alyssa's care between 2016 through 2019 until they attended a Mandarin elementary school. - Alyssa is a great teacher. She is thoughtful, trustworthy, loves children, organized, and many other great qualities. She truly cares about your child and comes up with great methods to communicate with children while also enforcing rules/structure children need. I believe she is the best mix of professionalism, compassion, and understanding the needs of each individual child. When my son went through a clingy phase, Alyssa was so compassionate and was SO great and patient about understanding his fears but at the same time, convincing him to say good bye - Her space itself is wonderful. It's recently renovated, very clean, spacious for 6 children, and plenty of engaging toys. It's connected to the backyard, which also is very spacious, great toys, and both are on the ground level. - They have a great schedule with a mix of library time, nearby playground, inside time, occasional field trips too - Mandarin speaking. Alyssa is a native mandarin speaker and also communicates well in English. My son previously had a mandarin speaking nanny and can speak chinese. It's something very important to us and his chinese has continued to improve at Alyssa's, he teaches me new words occasionally too - My son loves school, the other children there, Alyssa and his teachers greatly and has learned a lot while there. (There was one specific teacher that was especially caring and wonderful that has left but I trust Alyssa to find good staff) I'm so grateful for everything Alyssa has taught him and prepared him for the next phase in his education Overall, we saw many other good day cares (and many bad ones), but Alyssa's style and philosophy fit ours the best and we have been extremely happy with the decision. I have recommended her daycare to many other families and also have made friends with many of the other daycare families that we still keep in contact with many years later. Alyssa's is the best and she genuinely cares about the children and cares about continuously improving. I consider her a friend to our family and have total faith and trust in her.

My son stay there for almost 3 years. Alyssa is not just as a owner of this day care, as well as my son’s teacher and friends . She is not only spends lots of time taking good care of them also spread lots of love into every little one. A person who really loves kids can’t be pretending. I really appreciate that my son can meet so much good teacher also thank you for everyone who works there to provide nice, clean and warm environment for every child who is there. A place full of love, much as a sweet home. As a parent I highly recommend this place.
