We have sent both our daughters to Daycare By Atherton. When we first moved to the Bay area, we searched for a place that was loving, caring, nurturing, and growth oriented. We could not have asked for a better place. Honestly, Stephanie goes above and beyond to make the children feel safe, nurtured, and loved. During COVID, she developed an education plan for the kids that allowed them to learn letters, writing, etc, even though they could not transition to preschool at a normal time interval. She takes them on outings and provides them with healthy meals every day, which is so appreciated as busy working parents. We never worry when our children are with Stephanie. I cannot say enough good things about this place.

Daycare by Atherton is truly the best. It’s small and quaint, and the owner Stephanie provides so much love and care that you genuinely feel like you’re leaving your baby with family. Our daughter started here at 6 months old and the experience has been so amazing that we’re even bypassing preschool just to keep her here longer. The kids get bilingual Spanish exposure, learning activities, and weekly walking field trips to local parks and libraries. All meals and snacks are included, which makes things so easy for parents. It’s an incredibly loving environment and also very affordable. We feel so lucky to have found it.
