After having my daughter at home from March of 2020 until August 2021, I was apprehensive about her going to Pre-K. Due to being home with me, or having one-on-one care from our wonderful babysitter, sending her to a classroom of ~15 sounded daunting. The director, Ana, assistant, Liliane, as well as Heather and Jasmine from the Pre-K class were an absolute blessing to our daughter and her needs. They understand kids so well, and they have the love, patience, and kindness that little ones need for big transitions. I was so sad that the year ended (Pre-K and summer program), but happy that my daughter, now 5, is very ready for Kindergarten, both emotionally and academically. There are always bumps in the road, but each was handled beautifully!
