My daughter has been coming to Fantasyland since she was 6 months old, and we have loved it. As first time parents, my husband and I really struggled with the decision on whether we wanted to do a big daycare (e.g., Bright Horizons), a family daycare, nanny, nanny share, etc. Coming to Fantasyland has been the best, since our daughter gets the smaller, nurturing environment of a family daycare - all the parents know all the kids, the wonderful caregivers provide all meals and snacks, and each child gets a lot of individual attention - while getting a lot of great activities because Fantasyland is part of a network of daycares. So the kids have music, art, and aerobic teachers come through on top of the main caregivers! Fantasyland has also been great for us as two working parents, with good hours (I don't know how working parents do it with daycares that are open from 8:30-5...!) and reliable staff (if one is on vacation or out sick, subs from the network can help step in). It's a mixed age daycare + preschool, and it's really amazing to see all the things my daughter learn from the older kids and to see the older kids learn to care for her. We visited quite a few daycares before choosing Fantasyland, and love that our daughter gets so excited when we say we're off to "school" and to see how she's thriving there.
