Parent Reviews
If I could give zero stars I would. I HIGHLY recommend your run away from here. Ms. Roma the supervisor is so rude and disrespectful!. They made me pay full rate for the week and a half my children were there until my CAPS transferred over. When my CAPS certificate was given to the center the REFUSED to bill Maximus (CAPS) and stated they will not refund my money after they already agreed to do so in the beginning. they have called my phone in a rude manner stating they will report that no services were rendered in order to never pay me back. I WOULD NEVER SEND MY KIDS BACK! On another manner, the after school lady yells at the kids like they're her kids. She disrespected and shamed my oldest son for refusing to take off his hoodie in the building (a plain hoodie). She also fussed at my daughter for calling me during after school to beg me to pick them up. They fed my youngest son old applesauce then tried to say he was throwing up randomly. I provided meals for him due to high allergies and they refused to put his lunch bag in the fridge nor let him eat his food. Everyday they were picked up they were starving. My youngest (1 year old) was left in a class and no one could tell me where she was, her clothes and cup were missing, and her diapers were "all out" after only a week. I understand if location is convenient or money is tight but TRUST ME there are WAY BETTER childcare facilities than here.
