My first (and only) child started in Nahid's (Nana) care at Golden Step at just 6-months-old and is now two-years-old. Every day we pick her up she has a big smile on her face - what more could you ask for as a working parent! It is clear that Nana truly enjoys children and has excellent experience nurturing them and helping them grow. I refer to Nana to others as my "mom coach". As a first-time mom I often ask Nana for advise on important milestone transitions. While my daughters emotional care is most important, I have been so wonderfully surprised at how much she is excelling academically too. She knows her ABC's, counts to 20, knows polite manners and other valuable skills I did not expect at such a young age. My favorite things about Nana's program are her diverse and delicious foods, emphasis on music and singing, and her holiday activities. My daughter is a great eater and music is a true source of joy and comfort for her. After two years with Golden Step, we feel confident recommending it to any parent seeking a nurturing and high-quality daycare. Nahid, the caregiver, runs a well-organized home with a consistent schedule for meals, naps, and activities. The space is clean, filled with educational toys, and located in a safe neighborhood with a secure backyard. In the early months, we provided milk and purees, but once our son transitioned to solids, Nahid took over providing delicious meals and snacks--one less thing to worry about! The curriculum includes indoor/outdoor play, early learning (ABCs and 123s), yoga, and creative projects. We especially loved the thoughtful Mother's and Father's Day crafts. The communication is decent--Nahid gives us daily updates at pickup and occasionally shares special photos with us via text, which was great. We found that verbal communication was more effective when it comes to discussing policies and other pertinent matters. Notice for vacation time is generally provided 3-4 weeks in advance. We suggest discussing sick, payment, and other relevant policies directly with Nahid. In conclusion, Golden Step provided our son with a nurturing and educational environment that exceeded our expectations. Based on our experience, we are comfortable recommending Golden Step to any parent seeking a loving and intimate daycare.

She is #1 best childcare / preschool in concord and the price is reasonable base of the curriculum and academic activities the kids have at her preschool. We are so lucky that we find her childcare/preschool. Our 2 year old daughter loves to go to school every day to see Nahid and her friends. My daughter learned the shapes, numbers, colors, songs, days of the weeks, and months of the year, and so much more from Nahid. My daughter enjoy learning and participating in the fun activities that Nahid provides for them. She also learned a lot of songs because Nahid sometimes sings educational songs for them and my daughter is loving it. My daughter everyday talk about the delicious foods Nahid gives her and I smelled the delicious foods upon pick up or drop off and I love it too. Finding childcare for my daughter was a wonderful experience with Nahid (Nana) my daughter has been with nana and her family since July 2019, since then I have seen so much growth from Brooklyn, nana teaches through play and Brooklyn Loves it. Nana is wonderful with working with children, she has a passion for every child and every child gets her full attention. Her home is BEAUTIFUL and she must spend hours with cleaning because it’s never dirty, messy. I’m so blessed to have found Golden Steps, this is where you want your children to be. Finding a daycare was specifically hard for me and my husband. We're from Brazil and using daycare facilities are not common. We don't have friends that live close to us so we had to trust our instincts to find a daycare close to our home. Since the first day we visited her house, Nahid was always caring, smart and showed she had a lot of experience with babies. We trusted her our 3 month old and only child and we couldn't be happier. Alice loves being in her home care, and me and my husband are so greatful to have found her. She is always responsive when we need updates from our baby and whenever I get to leave her or pick her up she gives a huge smile when she sees Nahid.
