I cannot recommend Kiddie Corner enough. Denise and her team have cared for two of my kids, and both have thrived under Denise's watchful eye. The activities and meals are planned so thoughtfully and my daughter adores spending time with all her friends. Denise always takes the time to make sure the children feel secure and safe as they get used to being away from home. Now my daughter runs through the door every morning excited to see her friends and work on crafts. We are truly grateful to have found this gem of a daycare and for the sense of security Kiddie Corner gives our family.

My daughter started Kiddie Corner around the time she was 2, and I only wish she had started earlier. Denise and her team are highly experienced, and the atmosphere for the kids is warm and loving. The kids seem happy and relaxed throughout the day, and any little issues that come up are managed with kindness and professionalism. Denise cooks wonderful and healthy food for the kids, and the kids do a lot of fun activities including cooking, arts and crafts, gardening and outdoor play. The backyard is filled with plants and flowers and feels peaceful. I can’t recommend Kiddie Corner enough.

My son began attending Kiddie Corner back in September 2023 when he was two and half years old. Our entire family simply loves Kiddie Corner and we are so thankful to Denise, Iris and Natalie for providing such a loving, fun, education and homely environment for our little boy. Denise, is approachable, communicative and flexible, provides insight/support and keeps us updated with activities via her weekly newsletter. My son regularly cooks, crafts, does yoga and gardening with Denise and has so much fun playing in the wonderful yard. Kiddie Corner is a flexible daycare; offering multiple pick up options and additional drop in hours/days as needed (if capacity permits). We will greatly miss Kiddie Corner (when my son moves on to TK in the fall) and we feel blessed to have found this rather secretive daycare in the heart of Noe Valley. We so highly recommended!!

My daughter started going to KC a few mornings a week when she was 17 mo and we love it ! It was her first time away from me (her mother) and Denise and her team really helped with the transition, making it easier for her, reassuring me. Now she goes almost full time and is very happy to be there. The kids play in the big yard all the time with great structures, the vegetable garden, sand... They do some cooking, lots of different activities. They have a different theme to focus on every month. Denise is very flexible and helpful with changes in schedule. I like that there's a little age difference between the younger ones and the older ones as it creates an encouraging environment for the little ones while the older ones learn to care and model for them. My daughter's language skills improved so much (she's 22mo now and speaks more English than French, though we're a French household). KC provides the meals and snacks for the kids and the menus are great. Putting my first child in daycare was a big deal for me and I feel very comfortable with Denise and her team.

We can't give Denise and her two assistants, Iris and Natalie, enough praise. We ADORE Kiddie Corner, and are so grateful to be apart of the community. We transitioned our toddler to this daycare so she could have plenty of time outdoors and develop more physical confidence and feel more connected to nature. At KC the kids are playing outdoors in fresh air most of the day! There are incredible climbing and play structures in Denise's spacious yard, there is an edible garden, which the kids help out with and plant seedlings in, and lots of art projects happen out there on aisles and hanging poster boards. The kids also can help out in the kitchen with meal prepping, if they are interested, and have two indoor playrooms they can navigate freely. We are also very impressed with Denise's food menu: there is basically zero sugar, food is organic, and meat is pasture raised/hormone free etc. At KC they really care about what your child is eating, something we strongly value in our family. Our daughter has made so many friends here, and some of us parents stay connected for extra curricular activities outside of KC. KC is also perfect for anyone who needs part-time childcare, something that is hard to come by. We personally are there full-time and love it. Highly recommend, we are so happy we found this school for our child.

We’ve had a fantastic experience with Denise and the Kiddie Corner team! Our son started attending Kiddie Corner when he was 20 months old. The transition was super smooth. Denise does a great job of keeping parents updated with a weekly newsletter. I love that Denise always makes herself available to chat if I have specific questions about my son’s day. Every month Denise plans a theme and teaches lessons, reads books, and organizes art projects centered around the theme. Kids spend a lot of time in the amazing backyard, which is full of toys. They pack in lots of fun activities including cooking, yoga, mindfulness, art, gardening and more. My son has gotten a lot more affectionate since attending Kiddie Corner. I’m so glad we enrolled at Kiddie Corner.

Our daughter started at Kiddie Corner about a year ago and it's been a fantastic experience. She's very happy there and has learned so much. As first time parents (and not being from the US), we didn't really know what to expect when looking for childcare so we toured multiple daycares in the area. Immediately we knew Kiddie Corner was where we wanted to send our daughter - Denise and the caregivers are warm and inviting, Denise is flexible yet very organized, and we knew she'd be in good hands there. There's a great outdoor space and they offer a range of activities to keep the kids engaged. We're so glad to have found Kiddie Corner, and hope to send our second child there as well.

Denise and the girls at Kiddie Corner are absolutely amazing! My son Jack is currently attending and we feel co lucky to have found it. Morning times are now made easy as he is super exited to go there. He has learned so much since he started there, especially with his speech and creativity. As a mother it's so reassuring to know that I can leave him with someone that I can trust. I highly recommend Kiddie Corner.

Our daughter attended Kiddie Corner with Denise starting at 17 months. We loved our experience here and I highly recommend! Denise is kind, welcoming, and so experienced and helpful. She and her amazing assistants taught our daughter so much and she really thrived in their care. So much time was spent outside in the amazing backyard - my daughter came home knowing about bees and flowers and the weather. The environment at Kiddie Corner is really thoughtful and well cared for, toys are regularly rotated and thoughtfully presented. It felt safe, well-organized, and developmentally appropriate. Each month had a theme and Denise organized art projects, cooking lessons, activities, and songs. My daughter learned so much language! During the rainy winter Denise worked on indoor movement, like crawling, climbing, and yoga. Denise and staff are very communicative and helped walk us through any regular developmental hiccups as they came up. We got a regular newsletter which we loved pouring over! I cannot recommend Kiddie Corner enough!

Kiddie Corner and Denise have been an amazing part of our lives since 2019! Denise has so much experience and is so thoughtful. Some of the best artwork we have on display comes from our Kiddie Corner days. They have an amazing backyard where there is so much great outdoor play and time. Even though we have moved on to Pre-school, our son still loves to do drop in days and visit his old stomping ground. As parents we have greatly valued having Denise in our lives to offer insight and perspective. She is very easy to communicate with. I can't say enough about how grateful we are to have found Kiddie Corner!

We feel so lucky to have found Kiddie Corner and cannot recommend this program enough. We are currently sending our son here and he adores the time he gets to spend with Denise and her staff. We love that Denise is always incredibly communicative, and is careful about child safety and COVID protocols, that the program has several options for pick-up times, and that the kids get to spend plenty of time outside in the amazing backyard. We know our son has made great strides developmentally thanks to Denise and always know he is in safe and loving care!

A hidden gem in Noe Valley! Denise and the staff at Kiddie Corner are exceptionally loving, caring, and so welcoming. My daughter started at Kiddie Corner in April 2022, just shortly after she turned 1 years old and was walking independently. Denise was flexible with starting with part time and transitioning to full time as my daughter adjusted to "school" My daughter has been thriving in all aspects of her development which has been so great to see. Snacks and lunch are provided by Denise. We are so grateful for Denise for taking such good care of our daughter (and other children) while she's at daycare.

My daughter Juniper went to Kiddie Corner from 2018 - 2019 (from 1 - 2.5 years old). Denise and her team were kind, trustworthy, and loving and made Juniper feel welcomed into her first daycare. Within just a few weeks from starting daycare, Juniper would run up the street excited to see Denise and Tierney. I loved that they also involved the community by asking the local fire fighters to stop by and walking door-to-door at the local businesses for halloween. Denise and Kiddie Corner have my love and trust.

We absolutely love Kiddie Corner, Denise and her staff. Our daughter attended the school for 1.5 years until we moved to Berkeley. At drop-off, she was always happy to see Denise and her friends. She has made great gains in her development since starting at Kiddie Corner. Now she is confident, active, social and kind with others. We will truly miss Denise, but plan to come back and visit often. Kiddie Corner is a very special place!

What a gem! We started our daughter at Kiddie Corner in the fall of 2020 during the pandemic as a three year old. She really needed the socialization after months of isolation and she has thrived in Denise’s care. We know they have gone above and beyond to keep everyone safe during this stressful pandemic time and we are blessed every week with a new fun art project our daughter has created. We know that Denise and her crew really care about the kiddos and we are so happy with the educational experiences and exposure our daughter is getting and all the wonderful friends she has made there. If you need a wonderful, caring daycare I could not recommend Kiddie Corner more highly.

I could not recommend Denise Guerin's Kiddie Corner more highly! We are currently sending our third (and last!) child to Denise's childcare center and we know our 2yo is in the best possible hands. We first sent our (now 9 year old) son to Denise's back in 2012. Then, it was a no brainer that we'd send our second son (now 6.5). When a spot opened up for our 2yo daughter back in November, we leapt at it! That was during the height of COVID, and Denise did a fantastic job of keeping everyone safe -- it was truly superhuman. We have been so impressed, year after year, with Denise's professionalism, her love of children, the thought she puts into all of their lessons (bugs! music! dance! yoga!) and the cheerful smiles that greet us every time we walk up to Kiddie Corner. Honestly, Denise's program has been foundational to our lives as parents and as a family in San Francisco, and we can't imagine our kids not having experienced the warm, loving, intentional and safe environment that is Kiddie Corner. We feel so lucky to be there for the third time!

Our son started Kiddie Corner September 2020 when he was 2 years old, and has just this month moved on to preschool. The director Denise is very experienced, professional, and communicative. Her at home daycare is run out of a beautiful Victorian in Noe Valley with a large backyard full of children’s toys and different play activities. It was reassuring to know that during the pandemic our son would be outside, and that Denise and her two employees always adhered to all CDC recommendations to protect the safety of staff, children, and families. Denise provides breakfast and lunch for the children, and she offers a longer day option that includes naptime. We love Kiddie Corner and are so grateful to have had such wonderful enriching childcare that also felt so safe. I wholeheartedly recommend!

Kiddie Corner is such a wonderful daycare I just can’t recommend it enough! Our son started going there during the pandemic and we’re so happy with this decision. He’s a social guy who loves to play with friends and at Kiddie Corner he gets to do so in a safe, thoughtful and creative environment. The teachers are knowledgable and kind and the director Denise is very experienced and responsible. I’m so grateful for Kiddie Corner and all of their teachers - for everything that they do.
