Parent Reviews
I just wanted to take a moment to commend our center's director, Stacey Dougalewicz, and ask that you please pass this on to her supervisor. Our almost 3 year old son Joey has been in this center since he was 6 months old. He recently started wearing glasses, and we were told to patch his eye one hour a day. His father and I have had no luck in getting him to cooperate, no matter how we try- wearing patches ourselves, promising treats, trips to Target for anything he wants, etc. He is a super stubborn little guy, and he just rips the glasses with the patch off the moment we attempt to place it on him. Last week, Miss Stacey offered to try patching Joey for us during the day. I did not think he would cooperate, and told her sure, why not. Well, guess what? Miss Stacey not only got the patch on him, but he wore it the entire hour! We are on Day 3 of patching and I just think she should be recognized for going above and beyond her job duties. She clearly cares so much, and in this case, she is helping us to hopefully avoid eye surgery. We are super grateful, and wanted management to know she is a real asset to the our kids' lives. Thank you
My family has been a part of KinderCare for over nine years. Because of KinderCare, my two school aged children entered into public elementary school prepared and confident. My youngest son is currently in the Prekindergarten program and he has learned so much. I was surprised and thrilled the other day when he actually read me a book! I have the Prekindergarten teachers and the Phonics teacher to thank for this. The teachers are wonderful and they show such love and care for my children. It is comforting to know my children are safe, secure and happy while I am at work everyday.
