Parent Reviews
I have been teaching for almost 7 years, and I am so glad I finally found Lakewood United Methodist Preschool. The administration is amazing, and the curriculum is second to none. Every child is loved and supported from where they are at. We as teachers are supported by parents, and admin. Parents are in turn supported by teachers and admin. I cannot say enough good about this wonderful Parent Cooperative School.
We absolutely love sending our daughter to LUMP! She has so much fun going to school, and she is learning a lot and making friends. I like that we get to volunteer and be involved in her class, but it's a manageable amount of time that is asked of us (since both parents in our family work full time). The teachers and director really care about the kids, and it is truly play based. I have noticed my daughter learning a lot of independence since starting school here. We are so happy to have found LUMP and feel like part of the community.
My 3 year old daughter attends LUMP, and she absolutely loves it! They have a play-based curriculum that helps them develop their social skills, independence, team skills, listening skills and prepares them for kindergarten. The Director and Teachers are wonderful. We especially love that this is a cooperative and encourage parents to be involved. We love the culture and engagement from everybody.
