Oh, the many wonderful things I could say about Mrs.Reyna. We moved here from Vancouver quite suddenly last year, and it was a huge transition for our family. I was so blessed to have found Learn n Play Daycare with Reyna, and my son has gone for the past year. At first, I was a bit skeptical just because it was a home daycare, but trust me when I say that this has been the most professional and genuine care compared to any larger daycare facility I’ve ever used. She was so kind to us from the beginning, and maintained healthy communication about all the information we might need, as well as updates throughout the day. The kiddos truly do learn AND play. I also think it’s so worth mentioning that she helped us potty train our son, and even recommended us a great brand of potty training underwear. She’s gone above and beyond with everything we could have asked for when seeking care for our little guy. She was truly a gift to us, and helped me through this season of life while providing a loving second home away from home. I’ve been lucky enough to be able to transition into staying home with my kids going forward, but she has reassured me that her door is always open if we ever need her. Thank you so much Reyna! We appreciate you, and I know the little guy will miss you all so much.

My daughter started going to Ms Reyna’s daycare as soon as we moved to Shoreline from Mill Creek. It was a big change for my daughter and we were lucky to have found a second home for our little kid, as my husband and I went to work. Ms Reyna’s genuine care and love made it so much easier for all of us and my daughter made some great connections. Ms Reyna and all the little friends will be missed so much as we say a goodbye!

We have been so grateful to have our son in Reyna’s in-home daycare for the past year and a half. From day one, she has provided a warm, caring, and dependable environment that has made us feel completely comfortable leaving our child in her care. Her hours (6:30am–5:30pm) are incredibly convenient, and her pricing is very competitive, especially for the level of care she provides. She is also very flexible and willing to work with families, as long as that flexibility is respected — which we truly appreciate. Reyna has been wonderful with our son’s development. She slowly and thoughtfully introduced new foods to him, and she is currently helping with potty training, which has been a huge help for us as parents. We also love that she sends pictures throughout the day so we can see how he’s doing, and she always gives us updates at pickup about how his day went. What truly sets Reyna and Learn N’ Play Daycare apart, though, is how genuine Reyna’s care is. You can tell that this isn’t “just a job” to her — she truest loves and cares for the children she watches. That peace of mind is priceless. We feel incredibly lucky to have found her and would highly recommend her to any family looking for a loving, reliable daycare provider. We feel complete relief that we are able to bring our 2nd child to her in the near future!

Our baby boy can be pretty sensitive to changes in routine and it took him a couple months to adjust to life at daycare, but Reyna was so supportive and optimistic through it all. Now he’s so excited to go to daycare that he doesn’t even look back when we drop him off! It’s clear that our son benefits so much from Reyna’s care and seemingly endless upbeat energy. We can’t stress enough how grateful we are to have found her daycare!

We LOVE Ms Reyna! It’s evident she loves her job and the kiddos in her care. As a first time parent, I was nervous about returning to work and missing my kiddo during the week. But she made all those nerves go away! My kiddo loves playing with her and watching the “big kids” at school. She always sends us photo updates on how he’s doing (which is so nice to receive during the workday). Anyone would be lucky to have their kiddo attend Reyna’s daycare. She really is such a gift to us!

My son and I truly love Learn N Play! As a single mom, finding trustworthy and loving care for my little boy was so important to me and also one of my biggest worries. From the very first time I met Ms. Reyna, all of that worry disappeared. She was warm, cheerful, and genuinely understanding. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made us feel immediately welcomed, like part of the Learn N Play family. In those early days, she sent me updates and reassured me that my son was doing great, which meant the world to me. Now he absolutely adores Ms. Reyna and looks forward to “school” every day. Knowing he’s happy, safe, and loved gives me such peace of mind. I’m so grateful for the care and kindness she shows every single day.

Learn N Play Daycare was immediately a good match for my child. Reyna is very responsive to requests and keeps open an line of communication. I was worried at first that my 6mo old was going to be challenging, but it was no challenge for her at all. She is incredibly bubbly and full of energy, always ready to greet you with a giant smile at the door! It is apparent how deeply she cares for each child. She has a pet name for my child, which is just adorable. She is just tickled by my child’s sassiness, which is probably not for other adults. Yes, she relents to my child’s constant need to be picked up. :) She was also so generous for giving us a giant bin of gently used toddler clothes! It was a huge help for us, we are so grateful for it. It’s a huge comfort knowing that while I’m away, my child is in such caring and capable hands. On the days when my child gives us extra sass, we always feel thankful that Reyna can handle her with grace and will laugh it off. If you’re looking for someone who will care for your little one as if they were her own, Reyna is the one! We have been with her for over a year now and my child has great time with the other children as well.

Ms. Reyna runs Learn N' Play Daycare and let me tell you - she runs a tight ship and we love it! After being a stay-at-home Mama during COVID, I was concerned about how our daughter would adjust to me "cutting the cord" and leaving her in the care of someone she didn't know. We were lucky enough to find Reyna who has been patient, consistent, thoughtful and skilled at helping kids with all manners of different social skills adjust to new surroundings. With good communication and years of experience managing a group of littles, she helped our daughter adjust, learn social skills, and all the while pushed her over the finish-line with potty training within the first six weeks. When I ask my daughter who her favorite person is at daycare, she always comes back with an enthusiastic, "Ms. Reyna"! Reyna assures us, however, that she's made some friends her own age as well. What else could you ask for?!?

I don’t know how to start this I’m Literally loosing words. reyna is the BEST choice you’ll ever make for your kids. I can’t say enough honestly , you can feel the love in what she does, you can see that she actually cares about the kids . I don’t think we had ever had one bad day! All days were great and me and my kids are just so blessed that we found her when we needed care. Unfortunately my second son is also starting school soon, we’re sad that it’s the end for us but I wanted to come here and recommend learn N play daycare to anyone who is looking for daycare! Reserve a spot you’ll not regret it ! Thank you sis for everything you did for us and our family we couldn’t do it without you . We love you reyna ❤️

I am truly inspired by Reyna and what she is doing for families being a childcare provider. Being a working single mom potty training was so scary, however my son (who previously was going #2 in the same corner of our house every attempt I made to potty train) started asking me to go potty almost immediately! I read 2 books and thought I had it down! My two littles will ask on my days off to go play at daycare, and we do whatever they want on our days together. What Learn N Play offers is hard to come by. Our previous daycare had us constantly sick and missing work. My kids never get sick from daycare, they have been eating better, sleeping better, and with a 14 month age gap they are actually getting along better as well! Our previous daycare facility had great reviews but an evident absence of joy among staff leading to some less than appropriate situations. (A baby in a onesie with no shoes in the rain with snot running into their mouth screaming, crying, and shivering) I highly recommend going the at home daycare route as caregivers tend to be much more satisfied with their job rather than facilities & Reyna is proof of that!

Reyna is a ray of light on Monday morning. She is always excited to see the kids and they’re excited to see her. When we started care our son was 2 years old and still in diapers. She offered to help, and within a couple weeks he was out of diapers. Our daughter started at 9 months and had a hard time leaving Mom & Dad but Reyna is one of the only other people that she will go to happily. Reyna plans fun surprises for the kids, never forgets a birthday, and always sends pictures so we feel like we don’t miss a beat. She is kind, and treats the children with care, they feel loved and supported. If there are every any issues she lets us know the same day or morning after. The conversation is easy and she’s always willing to work with our family to find a solution that works for everyone. We never receive a reprimand, we are confronted with true understanding and concern for our child’s best interest. She stays up-to-date on her paperwork and the space itself is routinely cleaned. If there is a sickness going around she reaches out to all the parents right away. We could never have made it without Reyna, and her upbeat, positive demeanor is so refreshing. I feel so confident my children are in good hands when they’re with Reyna, she is like their second Mom.

There are not enough words to describe how incredible Reyna is! She basically became a second mother to our daughter while she was in her care full time and we thanked God for the guidance and love she provided more often than we could count. If my husbands job was not relocating us, we’d have never left her. It was by far the hardest goodbye of all we had and we both cried. She treated our daughter as though she was one of her own. You could tell each day the love she poured into her and nurtured her in so many ways helping her grow, gain confidence, potty train, and build socialization and communication skills (she was a Covid baby who I stayed home with for the first two years so very little interaction with other kids). Our daughter also has a lot of dietary restrictions and skin sensitivities and Reyna was also very cognizant of this and made sure her needs were met. Reyna still checks in on her periodically even after we left her care. Reyna is literally the best childcare provider I could have ever imagined and I cannot recommend her more. I only wish we would have been able to bring her with us on our move haha. Reyna is as good as it gets and I highly recommend her childcare services.

Miss Reyna has been a godsend to our family! We searched for months for a daycare for our infant & toddler when we moved to Seattle last year, and were so fortunate to discover Reyna on Winnie. Our girls went from shy Covid babies to confident and social toddlers. Reyna potty trained our older daughter in a week after we had tried multiple times at home. She teaches them words in French and introduces them to a variety of nutritious foods. The girls love going to school and talk about “teacher” and their friends at home. We love Learn N Play Daycare!

I honestly don’t know how to start this . I’ll not be exaggerating when I say reyna is the best of the best. We’ve been looking for a daycare for my 3 years old son for months with no luck at all as every daycare we toured was just not it ( call it mama feeling) until we finally found learn N play daycare. We were looking for a home feeling, caring and loving environment and that’s exactly what we found. You can see the love reyna have for the kids and you can see the love the kids have for her . My son is always happy and excited to go to her place which makes my heart melt . The way she brush the kiddos hair, the way she changed them and makes sure they’re always clean and fresh, the way she communicate with us about what worries her is just so great . We just love her and we can’t recommend her enough ❤️ If you can find a spot at her daycare go for it YOU WILL NOT REGRET 👍

Learn N Play daycare is really wonderful. My son has been going there for 15 months and loves it. Reyna is really great and caring. Also very accommodating and flexible to your child's needs. She is also helping with potty training my son which is really awesome since it's been a struggle. Great food and toys, outdoor space for playing. We are really happy we found this place and Reyna to care for our son. 🥰

Learn n Play is a wonderful daycare. My daughter has been coming here since she was 11 months old and has loved coming here. She was always all smiles upon pickup and drop offs. I feel like Reyna really loved her as her own. So sad that we are moving away otherwise we would have stayed ! She’s got great rates and a great facility with lots of toys, outdoor space, separate room for babies to nap in, etc. My family will miss Reyna dearly!
