Stop searching--you've found the place! If you're lucky enough to get a spot here, take it. Your kids will be loved, cared for, and treated like family. Both of our kids started when they were 5 months old. Our daughter is now 3.5 years old and our son is 11 months. Choosing this daycare has been one of the best decisions we've made as parents. Michelle and Jessica are exceptional. They love our kids as if they were their own. They celebrate milestones, encourage learning, provide comfort, and create an environment where kids can thrive. Their level of care goes beyond basic childcare. They also provide all meals and snacks, which is a wonderful benefit for busy families. One of the many things that sets this daycare apart is the support they provide to parents. Monthly parents' night out, constant photos throughout the day, open and engaging communication regarding the kids' progress, development, etc. Michelle and Jessica have become an extension of our family and we feel incredibly lucky to have them in our kids' lives!
We were referred to Michelle and Jessica by a close friend and coworker whose kids also grew up here — and we couldn't be more grateful for that recommendation. Both of our kids have been going since they were 6 months old, and the level of love and care they receive every single day is something you just can't find at a corporate daycare. This daycare has real roots — it was originally started by their mother, and when she retired, Michelle and Jessica took it over and have carried on her legacy beautifully. That history shows in everything they do. With only 10–12 kids, it's a small, in-home family atmosphere where the children are truly known and loved — and it shows in the retention. Virtually every family stays until their child transitions to TK, and the kids have all grown up together since the beginning. My 4-year-old has been going so long that she actually gets mad at me if I pick her up too early. The programming is wonderful and always evolving — letter-of-the-week presentations, imaginative play, crafts, spirit weeks, holiday parties and a Christmas recital / party for parents. In the summer there are water tables and splash pads, and throughout the year the kids are constantly outside on the playhouse and play gym. Michelle and Jessica are always coming up with fresh ideas to keep the kids learning and having fun. The Mother's Day and Father's Day crafts alone are enough to make you cry happy tears. All food is made in-house, and they somehow manage to get the kids excited about their veggies — which as a parent is its own kind of miracle. The space is always clean and well-maintained, and Michelle and Jessica keep parents informed about anything noteworthy, whether it's a behavior pattern or something worth keeping an eye on. They also help with potty training, sippy cup transitions, and send photos throughout the day so you never have to wonder how your little one is doing. The little extras are what really set them apart. They do the girls' hair — braids and all — and have even taken the time to teach me how to do it myself. Once a month they also offer a parents' night out — for a reasonable fee, they'll keep the kids after daycare on a Friday until 10pm or even overnight, and most families take advantage of it. As a parent of two little ones, that kind of built-in, trustworthy childcare option is absolutely priceless. I drive out of my way from work just to bring my kids here, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. We feel so lucky to have found them. They're not just our daycare — they're part of our village.
