As a first-time mom, finding a daycare was very nerve-wracking. Ely provided detailed information and reassured us. Once our baby started at Lumen, I immediately felt she was in a safe and nurturing environment. She quickly learned new things and formed bonds with other babies and staff. Ely sends updates via the app about diaper changes, feedings, naps, and more. Even if we're away, we always feel connected through these updates. My son has loved his time at Lumen so far. As a first time mom i was so scared and apprehensive to leave my little one, but getting to know Ely really put my husband and I at ease. The regular updates on feedings, diaperchanges, and more on the shared app really assure me that my little one's needs are being taken care of. The pictures throughout the day also really help. My child is always happy and eager to arrive at drop off and always has a smile when I pick them up. Outside play time was super important to us as many care facilities has little outside playtime and exposure for infants but at Lumen, my child gets plenty of play time outside. As an small homecare facility I love that there is a separate space just for the care center it makes me feel at ease as to who my child is exposed to and that the space is catered to children's needs.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Ely and the amazing care she provided for my son.
