Our son was with Mikka from 13 months to 26 months, when he entered preschool, and we absolutely recommend her daycare. She is very kind and communicative (daily photo sharing), and it's clear that my son really loved his time there since he still asks about her since leaving. Her home is clean and cutely decorated/outfitted with an appropriate number and type of toys. Mikka definitely felt like a partner in helping my son grow and transition through various phases and changes, and we are so grateful. You will not be sorry to choose Mikka as your daycare provider! :)

Our experience with Mikka daycare has been nothing short of amazing! Our baby spent 8 months there, and we couldn't be happier. Her communication with us as parents was great, from pictures about what our baby was doing that day to updates on her growth, Mikka kept us in the loop every day. The environment at Mikka was very clean, organized, and interactive, and our baby learned to sit, crawl, and even take some of her first steps there. Mikka really helped build her strength and skills. Every day Mikka shows care and patience for the kids. Our baby loved being there, and would clap when we pulled up to drop her off. We'd recommend Mikka's to any parent. Our baby thrived there, and we are very appreciative of all she did to help both our baby and us as parents. 🌟

We feel very fortunate to have found Mikka's Daycare. Our son has been enrolled with her from the time he was about 4 months to 2 years old. I have always felt confident in her competence and her compassion. She seems to genuinely delight in the kids in her care and celebrates their milestones alongside us. She sends a photo or two every day and lets us know if he's dealing with any issues. He is always happy to go to daycare, and he comes home with new vocabularly and songs he learned while there.

Our daughter started at Mikka’s daycare when she was about four months old, and attended for almost two years. She had a wonderful time and thrived! Mikka is super communicative and very attuned to the needs of the kids, and Mikka also helped guide me as a first time mom. She reassured me when the terrible twos hit about what was normal, she had my daughter on a schedule, and she always sent photos of my daughter engaged in age appropriate activities. Mikka also has a daughter who is the same age as my daughter, and who has naturally become one of her closest friends. I was also impressed at how reliable daycare was. Mikka is super proactive about communicating any schedule changes, and unexpected closures were very minimal. When we attended, the daycare was very small and the fact she was able to be so consistent was super impressive and a very welcome source of stability in the early childhood years. We are definitely sad for our time at Mikka’s to come to an end. She’s got a real gift for early childhood care and development, and I can’t sing her praises enough. If you are looking for a loving, supportive daycare you will find it with Mikka!

In terms of the grown-up side of the relationship, my wife and I always found Mikka to be communicative, friendly, and organized. We are so lucky to have found Mikka's daycare. She is a true gem! Our son started going to Mikka's when he was 1 year old, and he initially had a hard time adjusting to the daycare setting after being with a nanny or at home with us during the pandemic. I could not have asked for a better partner in Mikka to ease Bruce into the transition - she was calm, confident and optimistic. She sends daily text updates including a daily picture of Bruce so we can see him throughout the day. That's such a treat for us. Every time we pick up or drop off Bruce, she makes time to check in and she just genuinely cares not just about Bruce but about our entire family. In just a week of transitioning, Bruce was hooked too! His speech has blossomed in her daycare too. He's almost 2 now and is talking to us with lots of words and helpful gestures. I feel completely confident in Mikka's care, and am incredibly lucky that we found her to be part of Bruce's life.
