Environment provides a relaxed atmosphere, models a love of learning, and follows the children's interests to enhance learning. Facility features an outdoor mud kitchen, sandbox, monkey bars, raised-bed gardens, and a chicken coop. Children also have access to porch swings, various pretend play centers, a stage and puppet theater, aquariums, a light table, hydroponic gardens, and a perceptual motor learning lab.
Openings Now
Nana's Nature Nest has openings for children ages 3+. Currently our ages span from 4yrs-10yrs for both daycare and part-time or tutoring clients. Reading tutoring is available by appointment. We are primarily play-based, but gardening, animals, & STEAM activities are a big part of our program.
