Presidio Knolls School (PKS) is an independent school serving students from preschool through grade 8, accredited by the California Association of Independent Schools (CAIS) and the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). The school uses a Mandarin immersion model combined with a progressive, inquiry-driven, project-based curriculum; the preschool program is Reggio Emilia-inspired. A signature travel program beginning in 5th grade takes students on immersive trips connecting to the culture, language, and natural world of each destination.
