We put our son in Primrose at 12 weeks old when I had to return to work. The teachers in the young infant class made me feel comfortable, were attentive to everything, and made me feel at ease as a first time parent. I can never thank all of the admin staff and teachers who took the BEST care of our precious son. We think he’s special, and every time I dropped him off I was convinced that y’all thought so, too. I’m so so sad to be transferring him to another Primrose. I will forever cherish our time at Primrose Hidden Lakes.
We absolutely love our Primrose family! From day 1 we have felt welcome and I have trusted that my son has been taken care of. We recently transitioned to the young toddler class and his teachers have been so patient while he learns to walk. Miss Chandra and the rest of the front staff are always smiling and willing to pause and chat for a moment. I can't imagine my son being anywhere else!
We have used 2 Primrose schools in 2 different cities since our son started daycare. He has thrived and loves coming to school each day. All the staff are always so nice, warm and welcoming and truly care about the kiddos!
Our family cannot say enough good things about Primrose School at Hidden Lakes. Our 3 children are thriving in their classrooms, learning new things every day, and making life-long friends. The staff and teachers are all top-notch- kind, enthusiastic, helpful, and engaging. As a parent, I just want my kids to be happy, healthy, and safe. Primrose gives me that peace of mind- taking care of my children's safety while also cultivating their curiosity and creativity as well as giving them the tools to develop their own autonomy. We recommend Primrose to all of our friends.

My little 15 month old granddaughter attends Primrose. Since going there, I have noticed how much she has improved her communication skills with both words and sign language. She understands more verbal direction and loves reading and the art projects they do. When we pick her up, she is so proud to show us her new pictures or paintings! The teachers are so caring and dedicated to teaching, not just babysitting.
