I would like to commend the owners and staff at Primrose of Southlake for being so vigilant last week in keeping our children safe. With the threat of a dangerous criminal in the area, their actions showed just how much they care for their clients and children. As a teacher in the district, having a "soft lockdown" for the entire week was a bit brutal for the school-age children I teach, not getting outside to burn off energy, etc. However, it was essential that our priority were the children. I can only imagine what it was like for the staff of pre-schoolers :-). Thank you for making my child a priority! I have much appreciation as a parent of your school.

Primrose Southlake staff has a way of making every family feel special. We are so happy that we chose Primrose Southlake as our child care provider. We love Southlake Primrose and Staff! We have attended this school for four and half years now. Our son, started at eight weeks old and will finish here in the next year. The teachers and staff are incredible and we love that they communicate with the parents on a regular basis. We are so impressed that our child has been blessed to be surrounded with a learning facility that is culturing him to the best he can be. We also love that they offer different extra curricular activities that our son has been apart of such as little musicmakers, stretchngrow, art, piano, and soccer. He will be so well rounded at early age! We are so grateful and fortunate that we have had the opportunity to be a part of this fabulous group of people!!!!

Kiera started PreK at 3 and a half years old at the Kimball location of Primrose. It prepared her very well for school. I loved the exposure to music and other special programs they offered. The curriculum was fun, with the appropriate amount of discipline. She is now in 4th grade and in her last year at Primrose's Sr. Explorer's program. She gets her homework done after school and has opportunities for leadership with the younger children. Primrose owners, Nancy and Frank, are exceptional business owners, truly care about the families who trust their children with them. They address rare problems quickly and effectively and keep turnover to a minimum. I strongly recommend them. As a busy working Mom, reliable childcare is a necessity and Primrose exceeds my expectations!

As new parents, dropping off your 3 month old has to be the hardest thing you ever do. Primrose made that transition much easier and we continued to see her grow, mature, and develop which made it much easier to leave her daily. We have been with Primrose since the day our daughter was 3 months old and although all schools within Primrose are amazing, Primrose Southlake stands out in our experience as extraordinary. We were on the wait list and they made us feel like they truly wanted us there by following up on our visit with an email, a phone call, and a hand written note card. It truly meant a lot. We toured a few other places in the area and did not experience anything close to the true professionalism that Primrose Southlake demonstrated.
