We feel so incredibly lucky to have had Roxana as our nanny for nearly three years. She cared for our daughter, Josephine, from just 3 months old through toddlerhood, and saying goodbye when we moved was one of the hardest things we’ve had to do. Roxana is truly one of a kind—so loving, patient, and attentive. She cared for Josephine as if she were her own, and gave us complete peace of mind every single day. Our daughter was always safe, happy, and so deeply loved in her care. What really sets Roxana apart is the way she makes learning feel natural and fun. She encouraged Josephine’s curiosity and communication from such a young age, and even introduced her to Spanish. Thanks to Roxana, Josephine is now conversational in both English and Spanish, which has been such an incredible gift. She was also amazing during potty training (no small feat!). With so much patience and encouragement, she helped our strong-willed little girl confidently transition to the “big girl potty.” Beyond her care, Roxana and her entire family are just wonderful people. They welcomed us with so much warmth, and truly became like family to us. Even after moving, we’ve stayed in touch because of how special that bond is. Any family would be beyond lucky to have Roxana. She brings so much love, structure, and heart into everything she does, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

We love Roxana! Roxana’s regular routine with the kids has been an anchor in my son’s life. I know she has helped him grow in confidence and prepared him well for preschool and other social environments. She is incredibly hard working, kind, and engaging with all of the children in her care. We especially appreciate Roxana’s personal care for our family. She has helped my son learn responsibility through cleaning up toys, engaging nicely with others, and articulating his needs. My son loves her cooking more so than at home and has frequently asked to play at her daycare, even on weekends! She is excellent at communicating needs, challenges, or successes at the end of the day. We are so blessed to have her care for our son.
