Please fact check everything that you are told by this couple. In my experience, I was told that there was a DCFS policy that made them charge me as much as they did. After doing my own research I found out no such policy exist. Also, my child was left alone with there minor child without my knowledge. Only found out after going to pick her up and questioning the child as to where their parents were and still receiving no real answers.
I just want to clarify that my weekday rate is lower than weekends because weekends require my full attention for your child, and I am unable to plan personal time. I apologize if I was not clear about the payment structure earlier. Thank you for sharing your concerns. We take the safety and well-being of every child very seriously and always follow all applicable childcare regulations. All children in our care are supervised at all times, and we strive to be fully transparent with parents about their child’s care. We take feedback seriously and remain committed to maintaining a safe, responsible, and professional environment.
