Catholic Pre-kindergarten program offering a balance of active, free exploration, and teacher-led academic learning experiences for children as they prepare for elementary school. Three hours are designated to explore an interest, stretch imaginations, make peer connections, practice negotiating, teamwork, and exercise fine and gross motor muscles. Teacher-directed time is used to learn new concepts in literacy, art, math, Spanish, and science. Classroom includes Maker Space, blocks, art center, and reading corner. Children regularly participate in learning centers that teach new concepts.
