Loving teachers and administrative staff. High quality performance and communication out to parents. Ms. Salena / Ms. Tee / Ms. Ines are amazing. The only downside is what the great majority of what preschools/daycares are struggling with - it's staffing. That said - we've never had an issue caused by staffing that has delayed our ability to receive communication. We've never had issues in whether or not our son received the attention and care that he needed. It has never felt like our son was in an inappropriate setting or that he was in the wrong room / age group based upon staffing. They do their best they can with the resources that they have available to make it a seamless experience. Everything has felt like it has a strong personal touch from day one. Time was taken to ensure that we felt that our son is safe on the front end and they've done a great job to ensure that this feeling has remained consistent for the almost full year that our son has been enrolled. We're looking forward to enrolling our daughter when the time comes as well. Go Sunshine House Mint Hill!

My child has been well taken care of and loved since the minute we walked in on the first day. The teachers and directors are so very sweet and kind. It's hard leaving your precious children, especially for long hours of the day, but we feel great knowing our daughter is in good hands. They love on our daughter and take care of her just like my husband and I do. They genuinely take care and love all the kids at daycare.
