Our family has been at sunshine house for about 5 years now with our 4 daughters attending throughout the years. We always recommend sunshine house to everyone we know ! we love how structured it is with age appropriate toys. We love all the art and learning time the teachers do with the kids. Also I love how well the teachers communicate with each other about the kids in their classes. The weekly newsletters are also a big plus because we as parents get to see what our kids will be learning the following week. We appreciate all of the teachers at sunshine house and would definitely recommend it to all our friends and family !

My daughter has been going to Sunshine House in Concord for 3 years now. I must say we are more than happy we chose Sunshine House as our child care provider. From the moment I toured the school I knew I had found the right place. The teachers are amazing in so many ways, they are supportive, thoughtful, caring, communicative, and really take the time to listen to parents questions, or concerns. Most importantly the care and education given to the children here is exceptional. My daughter is thriving and looks forward to going to school everyday and seeing her teachers and friends. Not only has she built great relationships with her teachers, she is also developing amazing friendships with the other children at Sunshine House. Thank you all for genuinely caring for our kiddos and for the support you have provided to me as a parent and our family. I would definitely recommend Sunshine House and look forward to our son joining in the next years !

Here are some of our observations and reasons why we like the school- * Syllabus is put up on the notice board for the month. And, weekly newsletter has all the information about what will be done/taught on daily basis for that week. * Kids are mixed aged and they play together which gives them an opportunity to learn how to play with older, same age as well as younger kids. * Any questions are answered promptly by the teachers and they are very good at coordinating and communicating with parents for eg. they have ouch reports if at all there is any accident while playing and these reports are very detailed and helpful. * The school has 2 yards with lots of age appropriate toys to play with and they have water dispenser with small cups in the yard for hydration. Overall, it’s a very good school for kids to learn and grow.

We Love Sunshine House !!! Putting my kids into daycare was a huge decision to make . I made every excuse possible to keep the kids home longer . After touring many Daycares feeling like I would never find the right place for my children. I scheduled an appointment with Ms Vanessa , I immediately knew it was the right place for us. The love and care all teachers give to my children warms my heart . Knowing they’re in good hands is priceless

We love Sunshine House! The school is very clean and organized, they send you the schedule of activities for the next week some days ahead so you know what your child is learning about. They have a beautiful playground for the kids, their snacks are nutritious and healthy, the teachers are all very kind and I love talking to them! I love that they have very nice activities like science experiments, cooking class, story time and music time. We were scared when we moved to California and had to left our daycare but I love Sunshine House and so does my son!

My favorite part are the pictures and notes we get so we know what our little ones are up to during the day. Only closed for federal holidays and a very kind accommodating staff. They’re currently working with my newly potty trained (well training in progress) daughter and help with reminders and rewards (stamps) when she does well. I trust them and love how caring they are. Can’t recommend enough!

We are 3 months in, and our family couldn’t be happier with our decision to start our daughter at Sunshine House! Several mom friends have their kids at the other locations and speak so highly of Sunshine House, so when I heard a location had opened up in Concord I scheduled a tour right away. My husband and I looked at 5 preschool options in total, and after our tour of Sunshine House we had absolutely no question that it was the right fit! It felt like family, and many of the teachers have been with the school for years and years. Our daughter started shortly after turning 2, and all of the teachers were so warm and comforting as she transitioned into a school environment (she had only been home with family previously). I loved that I could call or text to check in on her, and often times in the first few weeks the teachers would beat me to it and send pictures and progress updates. Our daughter is absolutely loving it and thriving there. She comes home singing new songs, showing off her art work, and engaging us in new imaginary games. She loves her teachers and friends and even talks about missing them over the weekends. I find that it is just the right mix of free play time and structured activities, and Sunshine House emails the weekly curriculum and themes ahead of time so that parents can get a sense of what the kids are up to and reinforce learning at home. The kids also spend a ton of time outside which was important to me as I did my search, and they have both a front and backyard, which is incredibly spacious. The school itself is recently renovated both on the interior and the outside play areas, and it is kept very clean. It is the best feeling as a parent to arrive in the afternoon and observe our daughter playing with friends outside or engaged in circle time and literally always smiling. Proudly and happily would recommend Sunshine House in Concord to any families who are looking!

I cannot sing the praises of this wonderful preschool and the amazing staff that work here. My daughter has blossomed since being in their care with her language skills, already knows her colors and shapes and is already working on her letters at only 2 years old! When I drop her off in the morning there are no tears just a smile and kiss as she runs off to find her friends and then she doesn't want to leave when I come to pick her up! This shows me that she's happy and is loved and cared for while with them. If you are looking for a preschool that focuses on curriculum, learning and exploring than Sunshine House in Concord is the place for you!
