Admins and teachers are great, and my daughter has much more confidence in her math skills since going to Sylvan. It was definitely a good choice.
Both of our kids hit the same unexpected learning block in third grade—going from doing great in school to suddenly failing. It was incredibly frustrating and disheartening, especially when we tried to work through the school system but constantly felt unheard and dismissed. We were doing everything we could at home, but nothing seemed to be helping, and we honestly felt lost. After reading so many positive reviews, we finally decided to give Sylvan a try—and we are so glad we did. From the very beginning, they made our kids feel comfortable and confident. It wasn't a struggle to get them to go because Sylvan found a way to make learning fun and engaging. More importantly, it worked. Both of our kids were able to get caught up, and we started to see real progress. At a time when it felt like we had no options and no one was listening, Sylvan gave us hope, a plan, and actual results. We're so grateful for the support and care they provided to our family. Highly recommend to any parents who feel like they've run out of options.

My daughter started at Sylvan this Summer to finesse some of her skills and we couldn't be happier. Sylvan has been such a great resource for my son. We started a year ago with a specific focus and the growth I have seen in the last year has been incredible. Not only has his confidence increased but he also no longer loathes his assignments (at home or at school). The Fairlawn Sylvan has also been so easy to work with—whether it's accommodating changes to my son's schedule or communicating updates—I really appreciate how responsive the management at the center is.
Sylvan has done an amazing job with our son. He has been working with Sylvan for almost a year and has progress has been wonderful. I also appreciate that they meet with us monthly to get updates and progress reports. They also accept the Jon Peterson Scholarship, which has been such a blessing.

The directors and staff at this learning center truly care about the students and their families! The environment is friendly and the curriculum allows students to develop at their own pace. As a result, the students have positive experiences and experience phenomenal growth. I highly recommend Sylvan!
This place is by far the best place to have your child tutored. Our son has gotten so much more confidence in his ability to do his school work. We couldn't be happier with Mr Mike and his team. Everyone is so amazing that I wish I could even go here for tutoring. Hats off to everyone even the kids who are being tutored. My son lives interacting with everyone there.
This place is great to close gaps for students who are falling behind and great to work ahead as well. Each students learning plan is tailored to their needs to ensure the best possible learning experience :)
