At the end of 2nd grade, my ADHD kiddo was about 1.5 grades behind in reading. We did 4 hours of Sylvan per week from May through the summer, and by the time he did his standardized testing at the beginning of 3rd grade, he was COMPLETELY caught up. What's more, his self-confidence has blossomed, and he's enjoying school again. THANK YOU, SYLVAN!!!
My daughter has been going for a couple months now and she really loves it
My daughter needed a little help catching up in math and we joined Sylvan. She loves coming to the center, really connects with the teachers, and is gaining confidence in her math skills!
My daughter needed extra help with reading while in second grade. We were on a timeline because of moving out of state. Brian, the director, worked quickly and efficiently with us. She started her sessions immediately at three times a week. The center has been very accommodating and flexible with our busy schedule. My daughter moved up 4 reading levels in 5 weeks! Each one of the teachers she has worked with has been the most encouraging and helpful people in this process. Her confidence has grown tremendously and she really enjoys going to each session. Everyone at the center has celebrated her victories alongside our family and we could not be more grateful! She continues to work hard and I have no doubt she will exceed all our expectations by the time she has completed her time at Sylvan.
My son loves coming to Sylvan! I have seen so much growth in Aiden's reading that I would recommend this to anyone who has a child who struggles in reading. Cathy and Andrea are great!

Sylvan has been a game changer for our son who was struggling with reading. Not only is he a more confident learner, he is enjoying learning again! The entire team of teachers and the director are knowledgeable, supportive, and clear communicators. My only regret is I wish we had joined sooner!
We have used other learning centers before and we are absolutely enjoying Sylvan. My son even gets to be taught by my old math teacher. Everyone there is so great and helpful. My son has ADHD and Dave does a great job helping him stay focused and motivated. My son is also enjoying Sylvan and likes working with Dave.
