I didn't know much about Sylvan Learning before my nephew started attending, but I've been truly impressed by the positive change it made in him. His school performance has improved so much; he was below average among his classmates and now his grades have doubled after attending Sylvan. He always speaks positively about his tutoring sessions, never complaining, which shows how much he enjoys learning there. His newfound confidence thanks to Sylvan means the world to us. We're incredibly grateful for the dedication and care they put into helping my nephew succeed.

My daughter has been going to Sylvan for over a year now, after a parent teacher conference at school we realized her scores were below average. At this point my wife and I decided to enroll her at Sylvan learning center. I contacted Sylvan and they immediately set up assessment test. They were not pushy, or overwhelming and made us feel very comfortable in the process. After her assessment score was complete, Angela sat down with my wife and I and explained to us in detailed how Sylvan works to include a customized education plan for my daughter. What drew us to Sylvan was the small groups my daughter would work in while being taught her specific curriculum. My daughter appreciates the 3 phases of learning which are verbal video and traditional worksheets. My daughter loves the water bottle program where she brings her water bottle and receives tokens to earn prices. Angela communicates well with us and having our parent meetings every 6 weeks keeps us informed on how are daughter is progressing. My daughter has gone from not reading to reading chapter books in the time that she's been tutored. Great investment for your child's future!

My kid loves it and has shown improvement within the last couple of months. Angela has been communicating with us and really tries her hardest to accommodate us the best she can. I really appreciate her hard work and dedication to the kids' education. Update: We've been going for over a year, and my child has shown great improvement in school and at home with her homework and projects. They continue to work with us and give updates on our children's progress.

Sylvan provides a great after-school / summer learning environment. We have been attending Sylvan Learning in Vacaville for the past year, starting as summer reading enrichment for our 1st grader and then continuing into the school year during second grade. We have seen our student's confidence in reading grow greatly, reading performance in school improve by a whole grade level, and more interest in reading difficult text and books. The teachers are engaging and the Director, Angela is supportive, professional, and knowledgeable. Our student looks forward to his weekly sessions, and we love the progress he is making. We are adding new content areas over the summer!

This place has been an awesome learning experience for my kiddo. I would highly recommend! The staff works with your child's needs and adjusts the course to what's happening during the school year and they work with your schedule. The staff is very friendly and helpful they go above and beyond! They send recommendations for reading books and how to help teach your child math/english when they are not in class. This is an awesome place to send your child to help them on their path to educational success!

We started our daughter here because she was not doing to well in math. We did the initial assessment which showed that she definitely needed help and at a lower grade level. Which makes sense because she was in the lowest class for math (her school breaks up classes by learning level). She spent about 7 weeks with them at 3 classes a week 50mins a day. In just those 7 weeks her skill level and confidence has gone way up. She is also in the highest math class level for her grade. I will always recommend this sylvan. It's expensive but it's worth the investment for your child.
