There is a family culture at the Westone Goddard that is felt at all times. Though you are are running a business, it doesn’t feel that way. From the discounted rates to families who lost work hours during COVID, to the daily interactions with Jill, Michelle, and Katy, to the warm manner in which all the educators teach the children. We also like the extracurricular activities that you offer like movie nights and soccer shots.
The school is organized and dependable. They have low turnover, which means we get to know the teachers that are caring for our children. The management appears to care about both the teachers and the children and everyone looks happy to be there. It is much easier to leave my child in that type of environment.
