Description provided by the business.TLC ELC is a private non-profit Christian child care center that has been NAEYC Accredited since 1992. We are a 4 Star Parent Aware program serving children ages 6 weeks through 12 years old. We have low staff to child ratios with small group sizes insuring close relationships between the staff and the children. We have an extremely low staff turnover (6% compared to the Hennepin county rate of 65%) which brings consistency in the lives of the children also. We have a chef who adapts to children's favorites and adjusts to allergies. We are also a mission of Transfiguration Lutheran Church.
