We benefited greatly by having our children in the United Christian Parish preschool. The teachers are very experienced and use an excellent program called conscious discipline They offer great advice to parents. The activities are creative and fun. There’s a lot of joy on top of the Christian education. We had an excellent experience in every parent I’ve spoken to since has said the same thing.

UCP Preschool is the most amazing preschool environment. My 2 kids have attended and as we finish up our last year I am so sad to be leaving this special place. The experience and care of the teachers is simply unmatched. This place feels like an extension of our home. The facility is clean, bright, incredibly safe and feels like an actual school. The playground offers so many opportunities for exploration, messy play is encouraged, and kids spend a good portion of the day outside every day. My kids have benefited from the conscious discipline practiced at the school. Their emotional well-being is cared for with the same regard as their preschool education. The most amazing part of this school is its staff. Every person has a smile and a hello for each and every child (and parent and sibling), they are tender-hearted and truly love their jobs. UCP Preschool is simply the best.

UCP Preschool has been the biggest gift to my family. We have sent our three kids to UCP Preschool and couldn't be happier with our experience. My kids have three, distinctly different needs and personalities and the staff at UCP Preschool has been amazing with each child. My only regret is not sending our oldest child sooner. UCP Preschool has a few distinguishing qualities that made it an easy choice for my family when we were selecting a preschool. First, the building is so beautiful. The classrooms have giant windows and skylights that allow the nature surrounding the building to be part of the backdrop even while inside. The outdoor space where the kids play has so much to offer, from a playground to a sandbox and mud kitchen. There is so much free space for kids to play creatively and find whatever suites their mood for the day. Kids can safely explore and play, and messy or muddy play is welcomed instead of discouraged. I love that they spend so much time outside each day and truly adhere to the idea that there is no such thing as bad weather. The teachers follow a creative curriculum and are guided by the interests and whims of the students; that allows for a lot of exploring and flexibility in their days. I cannot begin to express how much fun my kids have there. The activities, the art exploration, the games, the pretend play... it's a dream for preschool-aged kids! The kids are learning so much through play and developmentally appropriate activities without even realizing it. They also use Conscious Discipline to guide their social-emotional learning and they have a parent coach who offers free monthly workshops to as a resource to parents. These workshops have been hugely empowering for me at home. I can see the Conscious Discipline lessons at work in how my more reactive child learned to handle his emotions and self-regulate since starting at UCP Preschool. The best part about UCP Preschool is without a doubt the staff. The teachers working there are the best of the best. They love the children so deeply and are truly the nicest humans. I love to listen to how they interact with the kids and every time I get photo updates the teachers are right there, involved in the play and totally immersed in the day. The teachers understand the kids so well and are so creative and fun. As a parent I love the regular communication, volunteer opportunities, and frequent photos we receive. We have loved every single teacher we've worked with so far and I know that my younger kids could have any of the other teachers and we would have an equally fantastic experience. The staff there is that amazing. We could not love and recommend UCP Preschool enough. As a former early childhood educator UCP Preschool meets every expectation I have for the fun, joyous preschool experience I wanted for my children. I highly recommend it!

When I started looking for preschools, I wasn’t having great luck finding what I was looking for until I stumbled across UCPP. I have never made a quicker decision in my life. From the moment you walk into the door, the environment is so full of love and warmth that it can’t help but bring a smile to your face. Everyone on staff radiates with love for their job and the true desire to make a difference in the lives of the children they teach. I spend many days volunteering just to be so lucky to absorb the beautiful energy of the environment myself. The schools family group is also great for parents to connect with other parents in the school, and get involved. This was really important to me with my first daughter as I was a first time parent looking for friends. Can’t recommend it enough.
