Our son has attended U.S. Kids since he was 9 months old and first started daycare. U.S. Kids has provided a nurturing environment with loving teachers and fantastic activities and educational opportunities. The teachers and staff are highly communicative, proactive, and excellent caregivers. We especially appreciate the frequent updates throughout the day via the Procare app. As new parents, it has been reassuring to have a real-time view into our son’s day and detailed conversations with his teachers at drop-off and pick-up. Our son truly enjoys his time at U.S. Kids. I highly recommend U.S. Kids for families looking for daycare that will support their child’s physical/emotional/social/academic development in a joyful and loving environment.

We have been so happy with the nurturing, safe, and educational environment at U.S. Kids. Our oldest daughter started going there when she was 6 months old and attended until she was eligible for public school. The preschool program at U.S. Kids is truly amazing - at age 3, the teacher taught her early reading and writing skills and many critical social and emotional skills, like presenting to your class, sharing, and working on projects as a team. Our youngest child is now in the infant class and lights up when we walk her into the room each morning. The center is amazingly well-run by a committed team and the Director couldn't be lovelier and is so easy to communicate with. Since it is a non-profit organization, there is a great sense of community and parents are able to volunteer on the Board and collaborate closely with the center's Management team. We highly recommend U.S. Kids!

My infant son has been enrolled in US Kids for the past 5 months and my family could not be more pleased with the program. After previously having a poor experience with another learning program, we were looking for a nurturing, gentle, and attentive infant room where our child would feel special and develop into his own. US Kids has been nothing but that. On top of all the wonderful ways my child has grown, the staff at US Kids is top notch. They are kind, experienced, patient and very informative. They communicate regularly and really have provided us with the childcare experience we were seeking. We love the teachers and staff! The other parents and children you meet daily are also a bonus, especially post pandemic where your little one may be trying to establish a social circle. Highly recommend US Kids!

I have two children enrolled at US Kids. Both have had fantastic experiences in the infant and preschool classes. The environment is safe, fun, and educational. The teachers post the kids’ activities on the app so I can check in and see how they are doing throughout the day. Recently, one of my daughters had a medical emergency at school. The staff handled the very stressful situation perfectly. In fact, the EMTs told me that the staff at US Kids was the most professional they had encountered. It gives me such relief to know my kids are in good hands all day.

We are absolutely thrilled with our children's experiences at US Kids. Our son is currently in the preschool classroom and our daughter in the younger toddler classroom and we are continually impressed with the curriculum and care our kids experience every day. There is a theme every week that is school wide, and our preschooler loves being able to talk to his younger sister about transportation/plants/weather/etc. The teachers are all so warm and wonderfully kind - while also challenging our kids to learn to their full potential. The preschool program especially is incredibly impressive. In addition to the classroom teachers, all the staff is friendly and helpful. Their covid policies have ensured an incredibly safe and healthy community.

In early 2017, we were unhappy with our daughter's experience at a chain childcare provider and were looking for options that created more of a community feel. We couldn't be happier with the experience both of our two daughters have had at US Kids! The center is brand new, very clean, bright, friendly, and welcoming. The current staff was part of the design and build of the current center and it is thoughtfully laid out child-centered. The administration is highly communicative and engaged in our children's development. We knew we had found a great center when my oldest had her first transition from the infant room to the toddler room and her teacher cried because she'd miss her so much. Now, she is five, in DCPS Pre-K and excelling in both reading and math skills - all that she started with US Kids teachers. Highly recommend US Kids!

I just started sending my 5 month old to US Kids and I can't say enough good things about our experience. Being a first time mom, initially sending my daughter to daycare was hard. But knowing what great care she has been getting at US Kids has made the transition so much easier. My daughter is being cared for by loving, committed teachers throughout the day while I'm at work, which sets my mind at ease. I would definitely recommend US Kids!

We have been a US Kids family since November 2017. It is a really wonderful place. The staff are caring, committed, and experienced educators. They bring 100% to making the center a happy and inclusive place. The teachers, regardless of what classroom they're assigned to, know and love all the kids and ask after them even when they've graduated. For a family like ours that are DC transplants, it is like having a dozen aunts and grandmas close by. Our oldest is now in school and her teachers were amazed at how well-prepared she was, both academically and behaviorally, despite being one of the youngest in her class. Our son talks about his friends all the time, and we have a basement gallery of his school art projects. There is also a great sense of community among US Kids parents, even despite the pandemic (which the staff has managed admirably). Photo is from before covid!
