Widdlekins is a holistic preschool & childcare featuring aspects of Waldorf, Reggio Emilia, Montessori, and RIE teaching in a loving home environment. We spend time outside daily, our children eat (mostly) organic foods, and participate in home activities that develop confidence, courtesy, and fine motor skills like folding cloth, gardening, cooking food, setting tables, etc. We use our outside time to exercise our gross motor skills and run, jump, dig, and utilize various sports and theatre games and activities to develop our teamwork & improvisational skills. Primarily play-based/child-led.
