My daughter has been enrolled in Phonics since she was 3 years old. I wanted to ensure that she got a "jump start" - and she has. Through the Learning Adventures offered by KinderCare, my child has developed a love of learning. Education is a major part of a child's growth and they are most receptive to this young. I felt it important to capitalize on this behavior. I also feel that by enrolling my daughter into the Learning Adventures program, it would help to establish a love and acceptance of learning. My daughter asks daily if, "today is a Phonics day?". This makes me happy. My daughter enjoys Kelsey and forever wants to read the book using the puppet. Word recognition, handwriting homework and all the added "special programs" (eg. book guided crafts, cooking, etc.) have done what I had hoped - inspired my child's love to learn.

One of my son's favorite activities at school is the weekly cooking adventures class. The cooking class is great because the kids get to be creative while learning skills such as measurement and counting. He absolutely loves making new recipes and is so excited to tell me about the experience each week. Miss Kimberly does an amazing job connecting with the kids and makes it fun. My son has been enrolled in the phonics class for nearly a year and I believe that it is greatly helping his reading and writing skills. The individualized attention and structures progression help him to really grasp each lesson. The take home work reinforces the information presented at school. Recently, I was shocked to see my four year old clearly printing out his name. I think that Miss Kimberly works hards to make learning fun and engages extremely well with the kids.

Words cannot express our gratitude and affection for the commitment and professionalism that Ms. Kimberly has continuously dedicated to our sons, Sebastian and Ronaldo Ramlakhan. The capability that she brings to KinderCare Learning Adventure Program is second to none and we have experienced significant benefits. After Sebastian's first week of kindergarten, his teacher and the principle said he is an amazing reader and he was placed in the 1st Grade reading class. Ms. Kimberly diligently and conscientiously makes learning fun because our children are always excited to attend her adventures. Her unwavering patience, keen sense of vision, evolving creativity, and her sensitivity to the needs of our children are vital characteristics that enable her success. Like Sebastian, we believe Ronaldo will be placed in higher learning because of the head start he is receiving from the learning adventure classes. We believe in Ms. Kimberly and all her adventures especially phonics, mathematics, and science. She has earned our respect and admiration and we are forever grateful for her exceptional service
