The Leading Legacy Academy is seeking a dependable, nurturing, and team oriented Assistant Infant/Toddler Teacher to support our youngest learners and classroom team.

Responsibilities:
• Assist the lead teacher in providing attentive, responsive care to infants and toddlers
• Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, and rest times
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom
• Engage with children through play, interaction, and developmental activities
• Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations
• Communicate respectfully with team members and families

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass background check and meet NC childcare requirements

Preferred but not required:
• Experience working with infants or toddlers
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Interest in early childhood education
