Responsibilities:
• Provide attentive, responsive, and nurturing care to infants and toddlers
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
• Follow daily routines including feeding, diapering, and rest schedules
• Support developmental milestones through play based learning and interaction
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with families
• Ensure compliance with all state licensing and health and safety regulations

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass background check and meet NC childcare requirements
