Bilingual House has recently opened its Packard Road Child Care Center and is seeking a caring, dedicated Mandarin-speaking Assistant Teacher to join our team immediately. Our program is built on the belief that children thrive when they feel safe, respected, and deeply understood—linguistically, culturally, and emotionally. We are looking for a caregiver who values bilingual education, takes pride in their work with young children, and wants to grow alongside a small, mission-driven team.

• Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of children at all times, in compliance with State of Michigan licensing regulations, public health guidance, and best practices in early childhood education. 始终确保儿童的安全、健康与身心福祉，并遵守密歇根州托育许可法规、公共卫生指导原则及幼儿教育行业最佳实践。
• Support children’s academic, social, and emotional development through age-appropriate activities and daily routines. 通过符合年龄发展的活动和日常作息，支持儿童的学业、社交及情绪发展。
• Assist the Lead Teacher, Program Administrator, and Owner in developing and implementing short-term and long-term lesson plans. 协助主班老师、项目管理员及园主制定并实施短期和长期教学计划。
• Help maintain clear, professional communication with families under the guidance of the Lead Teacher and Program Administrator. 在主班老师和项目管理员的指导下，协助维持与家长之间清晰、专业的沟通。
• Support program growth and outreach, including assisting with tours for prospective families and contributing photos, videos, or brief descriptions of classroom activities for marketing purposes. 支持园所发展与对外宣传工作，包括协助接待潜在家庭参观，以及提供课堂活动的照片、视频或简短文字用于宣传。
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in all licensed indoor areas and outdoor play spaces. 维护所有许可室内区域及户外活动区域的整洁、安全与专业氛围。
• Participate in ongoing professional development and on-the-job training, with the goal of building the skills necessary to serve as a reliable substitute for the Lead Teacher when needed. 参与持续的专业发展与在岗培训，逐步建立在需要时可靠替代主班老师的能力。

• Must be at least 18 years of age (State of Michigan licensing requirement) 年满 18 周岁（密歇根州托育许可要求）
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese 普通话流利
