Job Description

We’re looking for a dedicated and energetic team member who’s ready to make a difference in the lives of young children—and isn’t afraid to join a dance party, rock a silly costume on dress up days, or get down on the floor for playtime. If you’re passionate about early childhood education and thrive in a playful, team-oriented atmosphere, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities
Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children
Plan and lead fun, age appropriate educational activities
Supervise children during play, meals, and rest times
Partner with families to support each child’s growth and well-being
Keep the classroom clean, organized, and welcoming

What We’re Looking For
Experience in a childcare or early education setting (preferred)
Strong understanding of early childhood development and behavior management
Comfort with leading physical activities and encouraging healthy habits
Familiarity with age appropriate curriculum and lesson planning
Bonus points for experience in tutoring, academic enrichment, or special education
A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Most importantly, someone who’s ready to laugh, play, learn, and dance with the children
