As a new center, we’re building something special—and we’re looking for educators who are passionate about early childhood and grounded in their faith to help us lay the foundation.

Position Overview

As our Lead Preschool Teacher you’ll guide your students through meaningful learning experiences rooted in both early childhood best practices and Christian principles. You’ll create a classroom that is nurturing, structured, and filled with joy.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement developmentally appropriate, faith-integrated lesson plans
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
Foster positive social and emotional growth through encouragement and consistency
Lead Bible lessons, prayer, and character development activities
Communicate effectively with families
Follow SC DSS regulations and classroom policies
Collaborate with a supportive team of educators

Qualifications

High school diploma or higher (Associate’s or Bachelor's in Early Childhood preferred)
Completion of ECD 101 (or willing to enroll)
Experience in early childhood education, preferably with 3–4-year-olds
Must pass SC background checks
Strong classroom management and communication skills
A personal commitment to modeling Christian values in and out of the classroom

Schedule

Part-time (could lead into Full-Time)
Hours: 7:00 am - 1:00 pm
