8:00 a.m. - 8:45 a.m. Greeting Parents/Children's Choice - organized, calm table activities
8:45 -9:00 Clean-Up -prepare for breakfast in café at 9:00 a.m.
9:00 - 9:20 Blessing and Breakfast in Café
9:20-9:30 Clean Up/ Wash hands/Potty Time
9:30 a.m. Pledge of Allegiance, Morning Prayer/ Music
10:00 am Group/Circle Time
Small Groups and Lesson activities, art, etc
11:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m. Outside Play or Garden (Inside playground)
12:00-12:15 Cleanup/ Potty Time - Quiet Time before Lunch- Story Time
12:30 - 1:00 Blessing and Lunch
1:00-2:30 Rest time/Quiet time
2:30-3:00 Music - Cot Pick up/Potty time
3:00 Snack time in Café
3:30- 4:30 Outdoor play /Outside or Inside games
4:30-5:30 Ready for home/ table activities- children's choice/ organize classroom for the next day

1+ to 2 years of experience

We are seeking 2 Preschool Teachers who find teaching preschool children fulfilling and rewarding! Our ideal candidates have experience in executing a classroom that is organized and calm. New team members must be organized, experienced and mature to lead an active classroom of 20 children and work with one teacher's aide to execute the center's curriculum, daily schedule, and learning objectives.

Duties
1. Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe and positive learning environment for PreK children in a faith- based center.
2. Utilize behavior management techniques to guide children's behavior and support their emotional growth.
3. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and classroom activities.
4. Provide individualized support for children requiring early intervention or additional assistance.
5. Foster a love for learning through interactive play, storytelling, and hands-on activities.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for all students.
7. Maintain a clean, organized and structured classroom conducive to learning.

Requirements
a) Experience and some College required in child development and childcare.
b) Experience teaching in a childcare center.

Able to work 5 days a week - M-F, Flexible shifts available - (1hr lunch break)

c) Strong skills in lesson planning and classroom management.
d) Knowledge of preschool and early childhood development practices.
e) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
f) Ability to work collaboratively with parents, staff, and community members.
