Job Description
Implement daily activities that align with child development milestones and center curriculum.
Ensure a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that meets health and licensing standards.
Foster positive communication with children, parents, and staff, modeling empathy and respect.
Observe and document children's progress, behaviors, and developmental needs.
Support routines such as meals, diapering, potty training, and rest time with care and consistency.
Incorporate creative expression through music, art, storytelling, and sensory play.
Integrate spiritual values through prayer, scripture, and character-building activities.
