My first child was 9-weeks-old when I dropped her off for the first time. That was almost nine years ago, and I'm still dropping off a child today, my third. I trust the staff completely with the care of my children. I love the fact that all three of my kids will have had the same teachers for their toddler, twos, and three's classes so far in the nine years we've been there and I don't doubt that by the time my three-year-old moves up in age, that she will have the same teachers my other daughter and son had. To me, that is one of the best parts of KinderCare in Concord. I know the staff like they are family. My children have grown up with structure and love. And I'm grateful to the teachers and staff at KinderCare for that. (And KinderCare ROCKS at potty training :)
Words are not enough to express how amazing the staff at Concord KinderCare are. I am a single parent with twins and suddenly founds myself without childcare with only one week's notice. They took in my twins when they were 10 months old and not a day goes by that I am not grateful for their support and kindness and experience and helpfulness. Not only that, I have seen my kids grow and blossom being in their classrooms. They may be twins, but they are nothing alike. They are treated as individuals and they are given as much love and support as I could ever hope for. I feel I have built great connections with the staff here at the center and the relationships are more personal than it being a servicing center, I feel like they are a part of our family.Thank you Concord KinderCare for everything you are and everything you do!!
Thank you so much for throwing such a great party last night. It was so heartwarming to see all these great kids enjoying the music and dancing and playing. It was such a treat to be able to talk to the teachers and parents and celebrate our beloved Zipper. I know I don’t say it enough, but we are so glad to have found you guys – and could not be happier with the care and affection that our kids are receiving. You truly are a part of our family.
