We’ve been at Infant Jesus Day Care with Leticia, lovingly known as Nana, for over three years now, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care she’s provided. From the very beginning, she has been incredibly hands-on, nurturing, and respectful of our needs as parents. Nana provides a safe, loving environment where our daughter has truly thrived. Leticia, or Nana as we affectionately call her, has been caring for our son since he was just five months old. From the moment she gave us a tour of her home, we knew she was the one we would trust with our child's care. Now, as our son approaches his second birthday, he absolutely loves going to his Nana’s. In fact, I often have to remind him in the mornings that he’ll be seeing Nana and his friends, or else he won’t want to get out of bed! Nana has raised him as her own, providing exactly the kind of care we were seeking when looking for a childcare provider. When I drop him off each morning, he eagerly shuts the door behind me, signaling that he’s ready for the day. And when I pick him up, he is always full of joy, excited about the adventures he had—whether it’s running around with his friends, enjoying home-cooked meals, or simply being his silly self. Nana always provides detailed updates on how his day went, and she’s proactive about letting us know if she needs to take time off or if supplies like diapers or baby wipes are running low. We feel incredibly blessed to have found Nana. She is an irreplaceable part of our son’s life, and from the bottom of our hearts, we are more grateful than words can express for her unwavering love and care. My son started at Nana’s (Leticia) "Infant Jesus Day Care" when he was just 4.5 months old, and looking back now, I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. As a first-time mom, I was nervous about finding the right place and not wanting to send him anywhere at all. However, Nana came so highly recommended by close friends that I felt I had to at least inquire for our family. From our very first meeting, it was clear she had created something truly special and her 30+ years of experience showed. Over the past three years, Nana has provided a safe, nurturing and enriching environment that has helped my son grow into the happy, curious, confident little boy he is today. Nana really knows each child and has helped to give me reassurance and tools as we learn and honors our requests and wishes as well. Her care goes far beyond the basics as she become a “third grandma” to my son. We know how much he enjoys being at Nana's as he even begs to visit her on weekends and see his friends during the week. That’s how deeply connected he feels to her, the strong friendships he has made with his peers and her home. Nana has strong cooking skills and prepares meals and snacks that are absolutely phenomenal in variety, delicious, nutritious and perfect for both babies and toddlers. We have teased Nana in asking several times to sell meals for us for the weekends (one day she will agree). Every detail of her care reflects deep thought, warmth, humility and dedication to watching these little ones grow. Now that my son is transitioning to preschool, we’re filled with mixed emotions. While we’re excited for this next chapter, it’s incredibly hard to say goodbye. Thankfully, we’ll be back for visits and school breaks if it works out, because Nana’s house will always feel like home and I will never trust anyone with my son as much as I trust her. My son started since 18 months with Nana until he’s ready for TK. We appreciate Nana Letty’s care to our son since Day 1! She’s very caring, patient and attentive. I’m totally at peace knowing our son is totally well taken cared of! Even at home, my son says “nana is the best, i love nana!”. Leticia (Nana) is an absolute blessing to our lives. She assisted us in raising our 2 beautiful girls, now ages 5 and 12. I cannot emphasize enough what a remarkable woman Nana (Leticia) is. Knowledgeable, kind, calm and helpful. My son started with Nana at 7 months and was with her until Covid shutdowns 8 months later. As a first time mom leaving her son with someone else full time for the first time, she was compassionate, confident, communicative and honest with me at all times. Her home is a safe, loving environment - perfect for what we needed. My son napped and ate beautifully with Nana and we felt like she became part of our family.
