Parent Reviews
I cannot say enough good things about Lisa and her daycare. Our daughter started with her at 6 months and stayed with her until 2.5 years. Before she could talk, we knew she liked being at Lisa's because she never cried at drop offs and wanted to stay when we came to pick her up at the end of the day. Now that she talks more, she shares with us how much she loves Lisa. Our daughter learned so many things from being with Lisa--from being a better eater to being a better sleeper. Lisa will always hold a special place in our hearts for how well she cared for our daughter--we knew she was in such loving and capable hands. I would recommend Lisa to any friends who are looking for a daycare provider. Lisa is so dependable and professional. I don't take this for granted, I know we are lucky to have found her! The other children's families have become friends and it's a happy community!
Lisa is a loving caregiver offering a clean, safe, and fun environment for children of all ages. She took care of both of my sons - giving them warm, home-cooked lunches and healthy snacks each day, potty training them, and teaching them through song, dance, and games. My older son would happily return to her care on the days his preschool was closed. She attracts wonderful families, and we are still great friends with our daycare pals years later. She’s great about keeping to a schedule, listening to your needs, and is very flexible. Can’t recommend anyone more highly when making the difficult decision about who to care for your baby!
We've had our daughter at Lisa's Child Care for more than 2 years and I could not be more happy with the level of care that my daughter has received. It was really hard for me to choose a care provider when I had to go back to work when my daughter was 12 weeks old. Lisa helped make this transition so easy for me and answered the phone or a text whenever I checked in. She also really supported my desire to continue breastfeeding and already knew the ins and outs of paced bottle feeding from previous experience. Fast forward 2 years and our daughter loves Lisa so much. She even asks for her on weekends and comments about missing her when we're on vacation. Lisa is also a great educator - my daughter knows her letters, numbers and countless songs in both English and Mandarin and she developed the majority of this with Lisa. We've had some issues with regular toddler things like biting from other kids and we've been able to work through all of those things too. Lisa was also a major contributor to potty training - I can't thank her enough for the care and support that she's given our family. Hopefully, we'll be able to have baby #2 and get to work with her even longer. If you are looking for a "center" type experience with detailed reports at the end of every day, this is not the care home for you. Lisa is much more like taking the kids to a family member for care (and heaps of love) - and this has been such a great experience for our needs.
