Being a mom, I was a nervous wreck to send my child to school and trust anyone other than family to care for him. However, from my initial contact with Hayley, to our tour with Caitlin, to our interactions with Kristen and Danielle, my mind was quickly put at ease. The kindness and care that every faculty member has radiates throughout the school and you truly feel a part of a wonderful community! Our son’s teachers treat him as if he’s one of their own and he wakes up excited to go off to school in the morning and enjoys telling us about his day. They’re also so awesome at communication and we very much appreciate all of the photos and updates we receive along the day! I highly recommend Primrose North Shore for anyone looking for a great environment for their child!

Absolute amazing experience. My son has been with the school since their first day of opening and we have had nothing but a flawless experiences since. We feel safe and comfortable leaving our child in the schools hands. He has learned so much and excels beyond other kids his age who are not in school or even at other local daycares. From Kristen and Danielle to every single teacher he has had, they are all so sweet, caring, friendly and exceptional all around. To name a few teachers who really hold a special place in our hearts - Ms. Haley, Ms. Charina, Ms. Nancy and Ms. Samantha. Owner, Kristen has come to my rescue numerous times. She is so responsive to any little or big issue we may have and always puts great effort into solving any inquiry. The facility is very clean and they are always bringing new toys and activities out to keep the children engaged. All of his teachers show my son such love and care, it brings me comfort everyday. My son has learned so much since starting at Primrose. I am amazed at the new things he does or says ever week. This is the first school my son has attended and he loves school! This is a huge change from day one when he had a very hard time separating from us at drop off. The teachers are very comforting and skilled at distracting to ease the difficult drop offs (for both parents and children). Anytime you walk in the building, everyone has a warm smile and friendly attitude. I truly do not have one bad thing to say about Primrose. I think they hold exceptional standards and I am so happy my son is a student there!

Primrose's philosophy and early education approach is wonderful; beyond that, Kristen and Danielle have nurtured a loving and caring environment that makes the children feel safe and loved. We like the way fun, educational activities promote the children's curiosity and imagination; there are many activities that my son enjoys, but the love he receives from his teachers and every member of the community is what makes the difference for us. We are very grateful to have found this community and can't wait to see my son grow, keep learning, and be happy at school.
