I just got back from a parent/teacher conference at my daughter's new school and to my delight I was told she is doing a great job and fairly advanced amongst her classmates. Of course I'd like to say it's all genes and good parenting but I believe it's also because of everything she's been taught at the Merit School of Manassas Park! The great teachers and program have made that possible, especially the ability to have that 1:1 daily with the teacher. That really helps the parents understand what the child is going through and perhaps what they need to work on. I'm very thankful for that and just wanted to send a note of appreciation to the school and the teachers that helped her along the way and are still working with her on Fridays. It means a lot to hear positive news of her progress. Thank you to the teachers for their commitment and love for the kids!!
Our daughter has thoroughly enjoyed her time at preschool and we can tell that she is learning so much. Her vocabulary is growing and she's learning important life lessons. Thank you for taking such good care of our precious little girl and teaching her so much!
Our son has really learned a ton in the class and I would like to show our appreciation. The other day he came home reciting his numbers 1 through 10 and his ABC's and I was thoroughly impressed. We have had an awesome experience thus far at the school. From the moment our daughter walks in the infant classroom she is welcomed with love and I know that contributes to her being a happy baby!
I am a HUGE fan of the Merit School in Manassas Park. The center Director, Nicole, displays a caring, nurturing nature about her and gets to not just know, but understand the needs of the children. The teachers and staff have always remained courteous and attentive to the needs of the many children they cater to. My child has been attending the school since before he could crawl, yet every day he tends to surprise me with something fresh, new and intelligent that he has learned for the day...showing me that they are engaging with him on a personal level. The fact is, they understand children...and that is why I ALWAYS feel comfortable trusting them with my most prized possession everyday. Two BIG thumbs up!
