The only thing we wish was different about our Toddler Town experience, is that we wish we had found them sooner! When we were unhappy with our daughter's first daycare (mainly due to lack of communication with the owner and the staff), we started the hunt for a new one and came across Toddler Town. We had to wait for an opening, but the wait was worth it! Nicole and Dianne & the environment at Toddler Town is what we wish we had found from the beginning for a daycare. Communication and updates were clear and easy with Nicole and her team & the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming every day, our daughter would often (& still does) fondly speak of the whole crew. The art projects that get sent home are above and beyond, and things we will treasure for years to come. I honestly can't say enough about Toddler Town, we will be eternally grateful for the time they spent caring for our daughter.

I am forever grateful for Toddler Town!! If I had to leave my baby with anyone, I’m glad it was Nicole and her team! The small, in-home environment is cozy, warm and welcoming. My son loved everything from playing outside in the yard to the tumbling room. Communication (mainly really adorable picture updates) is consistent and open! Now that my son is older and we’ve moved on to a bigger school, it’s hard to not have that special 1:1 attention from Nicole and Dianne. We miss them every day, but am so appreciative of our years at Toddler Town!

Toddler Town was such a great experience for our son, who was there from 4 months to 3 years old. Nicole and Dianne were amazing throughout every phase of his time there, including helping with nap transitions and potty training. Their communication was always excellent, and they always proactively addressed behavioral issues and growth challenges. Most of all, there was an excellent sense of community at this daycare and it was such a warm and welcoming environment for the kids (and parents!). Our son graduated to a new school, but we cannot recommend Toddler Town enough!

Review of Toddler Town SF Toddler Town SF has been a wonderful experience for my child, and I highly recommend it to other parents. The facility is clean, safe, and thoughtfully designed with toddlers in mind, offering a range of fun and educational activities. What stands out the most is the warm and attentive staff. The program offers a balance of structured activities and free play, allowing children to explore and develop their social and motor skills. My child especially enjoys the art projects and group activities that foster teamwork and communication. The staff also does an excellent job of keeping parents informed about their child’s progress and daily activities. If you’re looking for a well-rounded, engaging, and supportive program for your toddler in San Francisco, Toddler Town SF is definitely worth considering.

Nicole and Dianne at Toddler Town provided our child the most loving, nurturing and fun environment from 16 months - 3.5 years. Their communication with parents is unbeatable and both women were so in tune with our child's maturation day in and day out. They worked closely with us through every young child transition - naps, food, potty training, speech, behavioral challenges. - as if we were a team. From the leadership of Nicole, our small community of parents navigated COVID together and always felt informed, aligned and safe. The team was (and even though we left, still is) incredibly invested in our child and we often tell our family and friends we give Toddler Town a ton of credit for our child thriving into toddlerhood. 10 out of 5 stars! We can not recommend them enough!

We could not have gotten luckier finding Toddler Town! It is a true gem. Like many first time parents, my husband and I were nervous to send our then 7 month old daughter to daycare for the first time. Nicole and Dianne were so incredibly nurturing, reassuring, and showed such genuine love and care for our daughter. They would send regular text updates with adorable photos and always had great communication. On top of that, they worked with us so kindly and patiently when our daughter was struggling with taking a bottle and helped make the transition to a sippy cup so smooth. Our daughter thrived at Toddler Town. I truly cannot recommend Toddler Town enough!

My son has been in Toddler Town for the last 1.5 year, and we have had an amazing experience. Nicole and Dianne do such a great job creating a warm, inviting environment for the children and work closely with you to make sure they’re comfortable and happy. My son is always very excited to go to daycare which is a great feeling for me. They also plan great activities for the kids and let them spend a lot of time playing outdoors which I love!

There are truly few words and yet pages and pages to completely describe my experience here. So I will keep it short and sweet. Toddler Town was a place of loving care, kind attention, focus on my baby’s growth and development, amazing and connected management & team. The only reason why I left was because I moved and I have yet to find a place that made me feel as safe and secure as a parent as Nicole & her team did. If you are looking for childcare in San Francisco, THIS IS THE PLACE. They were so patient with my daughter as she transitioned into care, adjusted to all her new phases and also patient with a first time mom needing a little extra assurance. We were so lucky to find Toddler Town SF and miss them so!!

My 2 yo girl has been loving it here in Toddler Town with Nicole and Dianne (and Isa)! They respond so quickly whenever you have questions, and I love how they have activities throughout the week, whether it's crafts/baking/outdoor activities. My girl recently potty trained and they were a HUGE help. Nicole was willing to work with me in her progress, and she was able to potty train so smoothly and successfully! On top of all that, they eat so well here. She can be such a picky eater but my mom-in-law tells me that she looks like she's been eating well since she started going to daycare haha. It must be all the healthy, yummy food they feed her! If you're looking for a daycare that you can TRUST your kids with, look no further. You've come to the right place :)

We had a fantastic experience with Toddler Town. Nicole, Dianne and the rest of the crew treated my son like part of the family and gave him lots of individual attention. With their help, he felt secure enough to make his first friends, potty train, and try many new foods. He loved playing in the ample backyard and taking walks to the park and the library. He also napped really well and I could tell that a lot of effort went into creating a peaceful, and restful environment despite the different age groups and nap schedules. I can't recommend Nicole's daycare highly enough!

Could not recommend Toddler Town enough! Finding Nicole saved us from our bad daycare situation. We’ve been with her from the beginning, she’s cared for our first son and now our second baby is currently there. Nicole and Dianne are so caring and wonderful, and the facility is bright and beautiful with a great outdoor area for the kids to play in. Both of our children have been in the best hands, they are so cared for and love it so much that they don’t want to leave at the end of the day. I don’t know what we would do without Toddler Town and the amazing people there.

Our now 2 year old has been going here since he was 6 months old. Nicole and Dianne are incredibly caring and thoughtful - I have always felt my kid was very safe and loved here. He is always having a blast playing when I pick him up. His older brother has also stayed here on occasion for a drop in day when his school is closed and he always reports back that he had a great time. Nicole and Dianne are great about communicating and are very responsive. I am grateful to have my kid at Toddler Town!
