Our teachers create a stimulating, challenging environment that fosters self-competence and supports the child’s developing self-image. Because children need to experience success, we work within each child’s developmental ability. Children learn to clarify, organize, and extend their exploration.

Early Preschool

Our daily routine includes art, dramatic play, and outside exploration (riding toys, playing with sand and water, and block play). Also featured are music and movement, language arts, and circle time. Children learn to negotiate and play with fellow classmates, practice sharing, and self-regulation.

Tutoring & Mentoring Programs

Some subjects don’t come easily and can become a barrier to moving forward — academically and emotionally. That’s why we offer tutoring across all required subject areas and for many electives as well. At Fusion, our teachers are our tutors. They are trained in personalized, one-to-one education and are subject matter experts. In the one-to-one setting, they also act as mentors to their students. NOTE: This tuition rate includes 5 tutoring sessions.

Classes for Credit

Fusion Academy offers core and elective classes for middle and high school credit. In our personalized environment, students can accelerate or remediate. Students come to us to make up a grade, tackle a tough class, get ahead in credits, or take a unique class not offered at their school. NOTE: Tuition pricing will vary based on the student’s custom curriculum.

Infants

Families love the balance of nurturing care and milestone development in this program. In a warm, safe, stimulating classroom, children have a primary caregiver to attend to their needs. Plus, our exclusive, milestone-focused curriculum, Learn from the Start™, was developed by our educational experts to focus on key developmental milestones specific to infants. We emphasize each child’s development, rather than specific age, because all children grow and learn at their own pace, and in their own unique way. We’re also here when you need us. Toddlers

You’ll love the safe environment for exploration, excitement, and exercise we provide for your active child. Toddler classrooms also feature our milestone-focused curriculum, Learn from the Start™, focused on the key developmental milestones specific to this age group, with learning experiences designed to address the individual needs of each child, in each classroom.

This summer, preschoolers embark on an extraordinary HolaKids! journey to the Dominican Republic-without ever leaving San Francisco! From cooking traditional foods to dancing merengue, building coral reefs to exploring tropical rainforests, every day brings new discoveries in full Spanish immersion.

Private Middle School

Fusion Academy offers a completely personalized private middle school experience. From classes to scheduling, everything is customized around your student. We balance academics and socialization to create a private junior high school experience unlike any other. Private middle school classes at Fusion Academy are 1-to-1: just 1 student and 1 teacher per class. Teachers match your child’s pace and preferences so they can learn better, dive deeper, and never get left behind. Schedules are customized around your family’s goals and plans. Students connect and collaborate with peers in a safe and structured environment. Coursework is completed as part of the school day. Daily reports for each class session are communicated to parents from your student’s teachers. NOTE: Tuition rates are calculated per course, per term and will vary based on the student’s custom curriculum.

Athens Playschool is an excellent place for children to play and grow. We use an age-appropriate curriculum to support them in playing and exploring. We also focused on helping our children become lifelong learners and expand their horizons together.

Nature Kidz Preschool

Created in 2019, Nature Kidz is San Francisco's premiere outdoor preschool based in The Presidio & Mountain Lake Park. From 8AM to 5PM, your child will have a "hands on" approach to learning, build strong friendships and be prepared to enter the City's top Kindergarten - 8th Grade schools!

Tender Years Pre-school and Childcare

Our infant care consists of children ages 2 months to 18 months. Our infants are in a separate area indoors and out with age-appropriate toys to ensure their safety. We offer 4- or 5-day per week enrollments
