Job Description
Job Description: We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills to manage two in-home family daycares. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with both workers and parents. Additionally, they must be willing to work flexible schedules.
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish
- Background checks cleared with both Oregon and Washington
- CPR and First Aid certification (30-hour requirement for Washington & Oregon )
- The director must create a safe and secure environment for both children and staff
- The director must create budgets and plans basic curriculum
-Market the facility: There is much competition between daycare facilities, so the must have a marketing plan to promote awareness of the facility and its services.
