Job Summary
We are looking for Friendly, kindhearted lead teachers who want to see children learn, grow and be prepared for school.
This role is a 3-Day work schedule. Mon-Wed OR Thursday-Sat.
Responsibilities
Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
Manage daily classroom routines.
Utilize behavior management techniques to promote emotional regulation.
Collaborate with families.
Requirements
Prior classroom experience working with infants and toddlers in licensed childcare centers or preschool settings
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and team members
Ability to manage a classroom environment efficiently.
Certification in CPR/First Aid required; additional credentials in early childhood education or childcare preferred
