Lead Teacher

Job Description

Big Sis Daycare and Preschool is currently looking for a qualified and eager daycare lead teacher to care for children aged 0-2 years old. We are a family home child care and preschool, and thus, have a warm and tight-knit group of dedicated and nurturing teachers, whom we treat as family!

Responsibilities:
- No prior experience required, but experience with infant care is preferred! There will be a training period for new teachers to become assimilated with caring for the infant class.
- Ensuring smooth daily operation, which includes caring for infants per their individualized schedules, providing daily circle/music/reading time with children (appropriate to their age), maintaining hygienic, clean, and safe environment for the children, and communicating efficiently (verbally and through text) and providing daily reports to parents.
- Help track growth and development of children, as well as aide in goals their parents have for them.
- Great plus if you speak Mandarin/Cantonese!

Training period (3 months): $18/hour.
Hired rate: $41,600 - $45,760/year

- 如果您会说普通话/粤语，那就更好了！
