We’ve had an incredible experience with LaLa’s Place and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for childcare. Our son started there at around 18 months old, and over the past year it’s been amazing to watch how much he’s grown and developed. It’s clear the environment and care at LaLa’s Place have had a truly positive impact on him. Lauren and her staff did a wonderful job helping him integrate quickly. His separation anxiety faded fast, and once he started talking more, he was always excited to tell us about his friends and everything he did that day. I’d also highly recommend the lunch program. We were consistently impressed by the variety of nutritious meals Lauren prepared each week, and it really helped expose our son to a wider range of foods.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Lala’s! Since our twin boys started, they have truly been thriving and love going every day. Lauren and her assistant are truly the best and as first-time parents sending our kids to daycare since having a Nanny, finding a place we felt completely comfortable with was so important to us. Lauren genuinely cares about our boys and it shows in everything she does. The transition from a nanny to daycare was a big one for them and she was incredibly patient, thoughtful, and supportive during that time. She had so many great ideas to help ease the transition and within just a few weeks, everyone was doing great. Communication has also been fantastic - Lauren is always on top of keeping us informed and sharing updates as needed which gives us so much peace of mind. She runs her program in such a professional, organized way while still keeping it warm and personal. We also love that she does age-appropriate preschool activities with the kids. The boys come home having worked on things they’d do in a school setting, plus the cutest crafts that we’ll cherish forever. Our kids are currently in speech therapy and physical therapy, and we’ve seen huge growth in their speech as well as their gross and fine motor skills. Being in a setting with other kids at Lala’s, combined with the way Lauren runs her program, has made such a positive impact. Both Lauren and her assistant create such a kind, loving, and supportive environment where kids truly get to thrive. We feel so lucky to have found Lala’s and can’t recommend it enough to other parents looking for a daycare they can trust!

Lala's place was an incredibly experience for us. Our 1 1/2 year old thrived while going here and everyday he was picking up new words and skills. He was also so well taken care of. The team at Lala's goes above and beyond and they truly care about each child that walks in the door. The space is also so wonderful and inviting with lots of outdoor activities too. I couldn't recommend Lauren and her team more. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Lala’s place has been transformational for our family. Our eldest son turned two this past year and we knew he was ready to graduate from a nanny, to a space where his language, playful spirit and curiosity could thrive with more peers and a supportive teacher network. From the minute we met Lauren (Lala) everything clicked. We felt safe, heard and on the same page in terms of style and approach to caring for our kids. Lauren (and Jess) have been just this and more for us all - her approach is truly holistic, where our whole family (including our youngest who is not in school yet) is sought out to be understood and supported as we work together as a team to help our son grow into a blossoming little human. On top of keeping us connected throughout the day with updates on his discoveries and fun with his friends, Lauren will go out of her way to help us with ideas, suggestions and language to use to take joint approaches at helping him develop. We love Lala’s Place so much - it is truly a second home for our little guy!

We’re so happy we found Lala’s Place! As first time parents, finding the right childcare for our son was no easy task, especially since he spent his first 15 months with Mama. The quality of care and support that Lauren and her team provides is wonderful. The transition to daycare was tough for our son, but Lauren extended a deep sense of compassion and patience to make it a success. It's such a delight to see him enjoy his time there as well as learn and grow under her care! Communication is excellent and we love receiving daily photos and updates. We especially appreciate how responsive Lauren and team are—they take the time to address any concerns and make sure our child’s needs are met. Lala's Place truly feels like a second home for our son and it's reassuring to know that he is in a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment. 100% recommend Lala's Place!

Our child has been enrolled for almost a year now and we couldn’t be happier with this fantastic environment. We visited and considered several in-home daycares but Lala’s Place really stood out. The space itself is bright, clean, and full of educational and development-enhancing toys and activities. The owner and staff are all top notch providers, who I know care for my child with the utmost love and care. Communication is stellar - we love receiving updates and recaps, and feeling like we have a true partnership with Lauren and her staff whenever we are working through any sort of transition (naps or bottle schedules, for example!) I feel like the luckiest parent out there to have found Lala’s Place and would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I trust Lauren and her team to be attentive and loving towards each of the kids in her care. The small caregiver to child ratio makes me confident they are safe and comfortable at all times. (2) Communication - we always feel very well informed on how things are going (including picture updates!); being in the loop about how our little one's days look gives a lot of peace of mind for us and makes it feel like we're all a team. (3) Learning & Growth - from walks around the neighborhood to imaginative play to mobility milestones, it's awesome to see our little one thriving at Lala's place! They have a good routine to ensure the kids' comfort and stability mixed with enough variety to make days interesting and engaging. To see our kiddo so excited to go play with his friends at drop off as well as happy to see us when we pick up is such a gift. We’re SO grateful to have found Lala's place and are excited for what’s ahead there!

We love Lala’s place! As first time parents, sending your child to daycare is a hard decision, especially during a pandemic when all they know is family! Lauren was so patient and supportive as we transitioned our son into daycare, making it easy on all of us. Most importantly, whenever we tell our son it’s time to go to Lala’s he gets excited! Lauren has helped our sons development in so many ways, from signing more & all done to walking, he is learning and growing every day in her care! We give our highest recommendation for Lala’s place!

Lauren has been an absolute gift to our family. Our daughter began at Lala's Place when I returned to work from maternity leave. Nellie immediately felt comfortable with Lauren and the other kids. As a parent, I was concerned about separation anxiety, but after the first day I was comforted knowing Nellie was happy and in good hands. Lauren helped immensely with our daughter's development. She began sitting on her own within a few days of playing with Lauren. She loves singing, eating, playing, talking, and being social - much of which I attribute to Lauren's care and thoughtful approach to each child. Nellie is always excited to see Lauren at drop-off and still happy to see me at pick-up. It is a great feeling to be able to work a full day at the office without worrying whether my daughter is happy or not with her care. Lauren is very good at recapping my child's day. I always get an update on how Nellie ate, what her diaper's were like, how she napped, and whether she was cranky or in a good mood. I trust Lauren like family - we are so fortunate to have her care for our daughter. I highly recommend Lala's Place!

Our son has been attending Lala’s Place for nearly a year. He absolutely loves it there...such a happy boy at drop off and pick up! We’re blown away by how much he’s learned with Lauren...using sign language to tell us what he needs, song/dance recognition, improvement in language and movement - the list goes on! I trust Lauren with my son like she’s part of my family. She’s so communicative, thoughtful, caring and responsible. The experience has been incredible for our entire family.
